Look Home Guesthouse

It's located in a really convenient area, you can take the airport bus to/from Myeongdong station and it's a 5 minute walk with mostly paved road. If you go through the subway station exit 3 > 8 you can cross through to the main area with the night market, all the shops, etc. The staff is also super sweet and helpful! I messaged them a lot with questions since I haven't come to Korea in awhile esp solo. Nearby via transit for slightly less touristy but amazing shopping and cafe scene, I'd recommend going to Seoul Forest/Seongsu, Ikseon, and Hongdae if you're on a very tight timeline like I was and can't go further haha.

Neither of these are problems but rather some things to be aware of. The final 100m or so is uphill on a non trivial incline (maybe the walk from the station is a bit uphill too, but I live in a hilly city myself lol). The rooms are very small for the twin bed, it's quite cramped but if you're traveling alone what more can you ask for.

The staff goes beyond and above for you to have a good stay! I asked for a flat pillow and immediately they tried to arrange something for me so I was able to feel comfortable! You feel their warm hospitality and care in every moment. Other than that our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Staff was very polite and helpfull! Great location in the city centre but in a quiet area. Free coffee and water always available. Elevator!

The location is perfect, they're incredibly friendly, and they contacted us frequently to know when we were arriving. They even left us a lovely little gift for our honeymoon.

The room is extremely small, and the bathroom has a sliding door that lets you close either the shower or the sink, but not both at the same time. The walls aren't insulated, and every time a guest above or on the sides touches the water, you can hear everything. We were waking up at night because of these noises.
