Great location and easy access to the local sights with close public transport. Comfortable bed.

After walking a million steps in wanted a place to relax in the room. The only seating was a hard stool. The room could really use a small comfortable couch or bean bag.

The overall atmosphere and interaction with the staff felt rather unwelcoming. While I fully understand the need for house rules, they were communicated so frequently throughout the stay that it felt as though guests were presumed to be in violation before arriving. This started with repeated reminders to accept the terms and conditions before check-in, including warnings that accommodation could be refused otherwise, and ended with a requirement to document the condition of the room with photos upon departure. In addition, questions were often not answered directly, with instructions instead being sent later by email. Finally, prospective guests should be aware that the shower consists of a shower head attached to the standard sink faucet, which makes temperature regulation somewhat cumbersome.
