Great room. Took a family room with terrace for myself and son. Gave us both space. Shared areas so useful . The owner and his parents were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rule book is eady to read and sensible. Helps you when you cant remember things like washing machine. Great location.

Great location, walking distance to Myeongdong and Namsam cable car. Very friendly staff. Facility is clean.

It’s a small room but this is understable.

Everything was very clean and organized, the location was excellent, 3 minutes from the subway station and close to one of the busiest areas of Seoul, and the older couple who work there were very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation is in a super central spot which is very convenient to explore all parts of Seoul

The overall atmosphere and interaction with the staff felt rather unwelcoming. While I fully understand the need for house rules, they were communicated so frequently throughout the stay that it felt as though guests were presumed to be in violation before arriving. This started with repeated reminders to accept the terms and conditions before check-in, including warnings that accommodation could be refused otherwise, and ended with a requirement to document the condition of the room with photos upon departure. In addition, questions were often not answered directly, with instructions instead being sent later by email. Finally, prospective guests should be aware that the shower consists of a shower head attached to the standard sink faucet, which makes temperature regulation somewhat cumbersome.
