Hotel Cozy Myeongdong

We booked in Agoda for family room good for 4 adult & 1 kid(I put my son’s age to checked if it’s valid as a kid and it indicated on my booking that it’s valid)but when we checked in,the receptionist said that it’s not valid because my son is 13y/o already.i asked him if we can just paid for an extra person on the said room but he refused.so I don’t have any choice but to booked another room for 2 pax because we’re exhausted at that time because we travel from Ulsan and it’s very hot on that day.But It’s not worth it paying *** for a super tiny room for 2 packs.they also charged us 30USD for cleaning the room because we want to change other spacious room if there’s an available.the receptionist said that there will be an available room on the next day but I need to pay the cleaning fee for 30USD so I paid it.I asked him if there’s any charge if I will upgrade the room and he said there’s none.so I agreed to pay the cleaning fee.but when the next day,we checked the reception (that’s suppose to be on 11am-10pm that’s their schedule because after that hours,they’ll be no person to attend)but we waited until 12noon but there’s no receptionist to attend our concern and we need to leave that time because we have an appointment.the next day the receptionist knocked on our door and asked us why we didn’t change the room,and I said there’s no person in front to attend but he asked us again if we want to change the room and we said yes but he said we need to pay extra for the upgrade and asked him back you said that’s no extra charge for the upgrade and he said that he taught that the room we’re talking about is the family room that we also booked.i asked him back why I will change that room,because that room is good for 4 person and he didn’t allow us to stay with our kid so he mandated us to book for another room.meaning the family room we booked is good for 4 person but only 3 are staying there including my 13 y/o son.so I it doesn’t make sense why I want the room to change if it’s more fit to 3 person.that room is more bigger than the other.and we cleared to him that from the day we’re checked in,I told him the the additional room was too tiny and you cannot even open wide your smallest luggage (the hand carry)and the paid breakfast is not worth it for the price also you need to schedule your breakfast or else they will not give you even if it’s paid.you have to be on time for the breakfast or else it’ll be cancelled.you also need to be present on breakfast or else they’ll not give you even if you said that the other member of your family is coming or you’ll just consume the other for your family because you already paid for it.you need to take stairs before you get to the elevator so it gives you a hard time.you also have to leave your room before lunch time or else you’ll skip the privilege to clean your room.the toilet & shower is super tiny that’s why the water spills all over the outside floor even if the door in the bathroom is closed and has a shower curtain.even if they cleaned your room,they will not give you a refill toiletries like toothbrush etc if they saw you that you have your own.the drinking cups didn’t cleaned even if they saw it is already used.over all I will not recommend this hotel.very not good experience

have friendly front desk staffs! With the price, I didn't expect to get this much good quality hotel ! I would like to visit again if I come back to Korea again.

Room is too small..The toilet didn't have budget but after requesting they provided .Additional breakfast is only bread butter jam butter and omlette and juice Extremely extremely limited and for veg it's a tough proposition..Rest it's a ok hotel ..in center of market but market closes exactly at 7 pm..which is shame
