Everything was top-tier, this hotel exemplified quality customer service at every moment. I really appreciated the finer details as well and it was truly a cozy experience. At times, I didn’t want to leave my room, that’s how nice it was to me. The breakfast was really good and the staff was super supportive with everyone greeting you nonstop. Room service was amazing too!
Not applicable but something that would take it to the next level would be using contemporary artists who channel older style artwork with representation of societies today.

The location was perfect. The room we chose was spacious. The bar on the 26 floor was fantastic. A great place for a nightcap after a long day of touring.

Really close to a subway station and Myeongdong area with loads of shops and restaurants. Having a couch was great for my husband and I because he goes to bed much later than me and we like having separate spaces to wind down. They brought me a steamer when I needed it, and there was ample storage for our luggage and clothing.
Bathroom and shower had no fan so they got a little stagnant if the doors were not left open, no full door to bath area.

Room extremely comfy, large and fancy. Hotel offers a wonderful breakfast, tea and snacks in the afternoon and open bar with with great appetizers, enough for dinner. The only downside is you are tempted to spend all of your time in the hotel. Very well located near shopping and night markets.
