    The room was very big and close to subway lines. They do housekeeping daily. It felt like classic luxury. The checkin is all automated but there are people there to help you through the process.

    The staff were nice and friendly, but unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. I booked the room for four days, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and there was a lot of dust, so it did not feel clean. I asked if I could move to another room, but I was told that no other rooms were available. Because of the strong smoke smell and the condition of the room, I only slept there for one night and had to find another place to stay for the rest of my trip. Although the staff were kind, the cleanliness and strong cigarette smell made my stay uncomfortable. I hope the host will address these issues for future guests

    The hotel is old and deteriorating. The only good side is that its in the city center. All equipment, curtains, even the bed reek and are supposed to be for disposal

    Pros 1. Good location - many bus options to go gangnam, coex and to train stations. Airport bus stop in front of hotel. 2. Spacious room with 2 windows good view and daylight. Cons 3. No room service throughout our stay for 3 nights. Not even clear the trash bin although it was overflowing and we placed outside our room. Until the day we checked out the bin was still there with full trash. 4. Bath room was too small and cramped. Water flow at the shower was way too weak and taken long time to rinse off. 5. Provided only 2 sets of towel for 3 persons. We booked and paid for triple room. When asked for towel for 1 more person, the staff explained that they have shortage and thus don’t provide extra. 6. Washing machine was not serviceable. Staff told that only residents can use and not for hotel guests.
