    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to nearby attractions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable for our family of four. We would especially like to thank *** for his outstanding hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. He patiently answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. His warm smile and genuine care made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Our trip was unexpectedly affected by a typhoon, which caused our flight to be canceled. During this stressful time, *** showed exceptional care and concern. He took the initiative to check on us, offered helpful advice and assistance, and made sure we felt supported while we were away from home. His kindness, thoughtfulness, and dedication turned a difficult situation into a much more reassuring experience. ***’s exceptional service made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel, and we especially appreciate everything *** did for us. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Seoul.

    It was so handy having the cafe downstairs. Airport bus just across the street. Walking distance to myeongdong and seoul station. So relaxing after long days of exploring

    The hotel is in a perfect location , with easy access to everything. We booked tehe lounge access which was great after a long day of discovery

    Nothing special to pay premium here; i recommend to find other hotels. The space is smaller thab other similar offerings in the area, breakfast is the same everyday with overriped pineapple and only 1 coffee machine with staff that ask you to finish food and leave at exactly 10:30am, front desk staff are not even smiling and welcoming, we checked in the room with empty hand&body wash and shampoo; we had to ask few times. Location is 10-minute walk to the heart of Myeongdong. Not worth the money, sorry
