Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The receptionist was very friendly and approachable. She even allowed us to check in earlier than the standard check-in time. She always greeted us with a smile whenever we crossed paths, and she could speak English, which made communication much easier.
The location is also excellent, with convenience stores nearby and the city center just a short walk away. It’s only about three minutes from Myeongdong Station Exit 4, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
However, I would recommend keeping your expectations realistic when it comes to the facilities. There was one day when the lights went out and needed to be fixed. Some of the walls also had stains, and the overall interior looked a little dated rather than modern. Despite these minor drawbacks, the place was clean and equipped with all the necessary appliances. They even provided complimentary bread, jam and syrup, drinks, and nuts in the kitchen, which was a nice bonus!
Overall, I would still highly recommend this place. Despite a few minor imperfections, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I didn’t experience any major issues during our visit. The friendly service and convenient location definitely made up for the shortcomings!

Booked the HOTEL only to get a hostel. The establishment should not advertise it as a hotel when there is no room service and everything had to be attended to by the guest themselves from a common area. The worst part is the steep stairs leading to this so called hotel. Was travelling with my Aunty who is 75yo and walking with a stick. Imagine our horror, mine especially, having her climb the stairs for 7 days. Was hard to watch. The photo of the "hotel" on the website does not show the stairs at all and I did not see anything highlighted on their page either. Was quite disappointed paying that rate for a hostel instead of hotel. Room was dusty. Bathroom door had a gap where one can see out and vice versa. Sheets, pillow case and blanket were not that clean either and had stains. The only highlight was a staff named Joshua who was courteous and helpful. Will not return for sure.
