주변에 일정이 있어 친구들이랑 하루 잠만 잘 숙소가 필요했는데 각자 싱글(벙커)침대를 하나씩 차지하고 잘 수 있어서 좋았어요. 침대 컨디션도 좋고 방 청소 상태도 깨끗했습니다. 화장실도 쾌적해요. 앞에 야외 주점이 많은데 거기서 술을 마시다가 화장실이 마땅치 않아서 숙소 화장실을 이용했어요ㅎㅎ 최고!! 다만, 불편했던 것은 헤어드라이어에서 찬 바람밖에 나오지 않았던 점, 화장실 문턱이 높지 않아서 샤워기를 거치해두고 사용하면 화장실 밖으로 물이 다 새어나온다는 점이!! ㅠㅠㅠ

I was a solo traveler but the quadruple room here is cheaper and more spacious than in most hotels in the area so I booked this and did not get disappointed. It’s a very good budget accommodation ideal for groups and families. It is in a busy area but in a quiet alley that is very easy to get to. Location is superb as it is almost right next to the subway station for 3 subway lines. Please note that this is a self-service accommodation. Do not expect housekeeping services. This is not a hotel with a dedicated staff, but the host responds promptly to messages in English so communication is easy. You’ll also have everything you need here. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed at the family room top floor (level 4) and had five people total. Cost about ₩86,000 Venti taxi fare from Incheon International Airport Pros Comfortable beds. 3 Super Single and 1 queen bed. Convenient location. 1 min to subway, 5 min from the another subway and lot of amenities. (Barber, coffee shop, convenience store etc) Good space for 5 pax Microwave oven at common area Towel self help Filter water and ice machines at common area Kettle Free usage of umbrellas Aircon is cold Common area is aesthetically pleasing and with a comfortable seating area Door is digital lock open by keying in pin. Air-conditioner is cold Quiet room The washer and dryer is easy to use. Just need to refer to the English instructions beside the dryer. However, the dryer timer seen to auto extend the dryer time when we use it. It took more than 2h to dry our clothes. Cons Need shower screen. The shower water can wet to the toilet bowl. Need more hooks in toliet and around the room Wardrobe bar fell off when overload. No lift Luggage lift was unserviceable and we wasn’t informed will we asked but thanks God it was fixed on the 3rd day. Unmanned so we need to collect our own towels and leave our dirty outside the room. And also clear our own rubbish. Narrow and steep staircase Trash area at staircase (smelly & obstructive) Towels provided had a lot of loose lint Needed to go up and down for mircowave and drinking water No windows view as it is between buildings. No blackout curtain, can be very bright by 0530h during some seasons. The entrance of the room is at the roof. If there is heavy rain, one may be wet when trying to enter. Aircon Remote is in Korean. No room Service so need to clear our own towel and rubbish. Toilet need bidet and changing the toilets paper isn't that straightforward. There is exit light which can be too bright and the foyer light is auto switch off when it detected movements. It can be disruptive. There is 2 main room Lighting which it is bright enough to lights up the whole room. It is unable to dim which mean we have difficulty to pack our luggage at night when kids are sleeping. The building is in the alley and big taxi has difficulties drive in.
