My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although the rooms and bathrooms were smaller than what we are typically used to, everything was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. As for the location, the hotel is situated in an older industrial-style alley. After about 6:00 PM, when most of the surrounding businesses close, the area can feel somewhat quiet and deserted. However, I still felt safe, even when walking alone.
If you walk about 7–10 minutes in either direction, you’ll find livelier areas with a few shops and restaurants that stay open until around 9:00–10:00 PM. Within the same distance, there are also a few small 24-hour convenience stores (Nice to CU), which are great for picking up late-night snacks or essentials.
One helpful tip: when taking an Uber or taxi back to the hotel, I recommend using the address of the clinic located at the entrance of the alley rather than the hotel’s address, as some drivers had difficulty finding it. The clinic is Seoul Song Internal Medicine Clinic. Using that location will bring you directly to the alley entrance from the main street, and the hotel is just a 1-minute walk from there. Not to mention, the subway station is only about a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.
The only suggestion I have for the hotel would be to add a non-motion-sensor light in the first-floor entrance area near the elevator, as it can be quite dark when entering.
Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend staying here.
