Fantastic location for the price. Located very close to Myeongdong station. Area around also has a lot of shops and restaurants.
As mentioned by the owner, the building is located at the top of a hill, so be aware if you have luggage as the slope and stairs are steep.

The staff was very friendly. They were accomodating when we needed help and did their best to solve our request. As an added bonus they gave us a free ride to Seoul Station at checkout.
The apartment was very clean and had a good AC setup.
The location is close to a nearby metro but still very tricky to get too. The beds were of Korean style which was a bit too hard for our liking and the shower/bathroom was a bit too cramped.
