    Very near Myeongdong Night Market and transport services. Can be quite crowded outside the hotel at night but overall recommended for everyone to stay in this hotel especially if shopping is part of your itinerary

    The hotel is basic but clean. The staff was polite but did not go above and beyond. We wanted a convenient location and this hotel is in an excellent location.

    This was my kids’ favourite hotel during our trip, compared with the other hotels we stayed at nearby. We stayed here on our last night in Seoul and found the price quite reasonable compared with other nearby hotels. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, especially compared with the other hotels we stayed at. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant incident with a drunk guest next door who tried to force open our door and repeatedly rang our doorbell and the doorbells of other rooms early in the morning. We called reception, and the staff came up promptly to handle the situation. Despite this incident, we were overall quite satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again.

    It was a good stay however rooms were slightly small. However the staff attitude can be improved . The last day of my trip I lost my phone and when I went to ask the hotel staff to help in trying to reach my husband they had no urgency nor empathy towards the situation. Was disappointed as they kept saying they dint have WhatsApp and couldn’t call out . I had to provide solution like asking them to use the landline to call . They looked like they were forced to Help me . Till the end I revived no help from them that I had to go find some other ways .
