    Location is good. However the bathroom drainage got choke after a few nights in both of our rooms. And flooded the whole place. Sound proof is quite poor as can hear next room talking. Washers and dryer are good.

    This was my first time stay at Hotel Vert and the location was perfectly great which is located just in front of Lotte Department Store , centre of 明洞. The hotel is 3 mins walk distance from the aiport limousine bus station and the nearest metro station was also few mins walk away. The facility was business hotel level and there are some stains on the wall. Also, we had trouble to watch local TV programs on TV for 2 days. However, location-wise, it is one of the recommended hotel in Seoul!

    will not choose this hotel vert as housekeeping is not properly done When check-in, the cleaniless is not properly done as hair found in toilet at most corners.New towels were found with long hair on it.Make-up room is only arranging the bed ,trash at the mini kitchen n toilets especially bath area not clean.only location is best.will choose other next door hotels for my next trip.

    The only good thing about this place was the location, it was convenient with public transport nearby and easy access to popular stores but the facilities itself didn’t live up to the price we paid. You’ll be only paying for convenience with where it’s located. We travelled with a 6 month old and the rooms were still on the smaller side. Beware this place doesn’t offer your standard hotel amenities like most hotels and we weren’t aware of this until we got on the elevator and read the notice displayed inside, so bring your own toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs and razors. The customer service with staff were not consistent either, some staff were nice and friendly and some were less friendly and warm. But overall don’t think we’ll book again, was quite disappointed with our stay especially with what it was priced at for only 3 nights (close to *** in total).
