    The location is very good, train station is very near and the shopping area is just beside, just that i feel the room is not cold enough, unable change the temperature

    Our 5-night stay was ruined by a hot room and ineffective A/C. We called the front desk every night to report the issue. While maintenance came up a couple of times (changing filters on night one and inspecting it on night two), nothing fixed the problem. On the fourth night, staff acknowledged that other guest rooms were complaining about the heat as well, but still no real action was taken. It was colder outside than in our room. Offering us one tiny fan on our final night after six nights of complaints was too little, too late. Very disappointing management and service.
