Pleasant stay in traditional inn in the nature.

The room was spacious, clean and it had wooden furnishings which was nice and fitting for the traditional style of accommodation in the nature that it is. The breakfast was quite nice with a good selection in the buffet. The location was pleasant in the nature and not far from other small towns by car. I also liked the sauna which is well maintained and enjoyable to use.

I think everything was nice but the price could had been a bit lower for the type of room provided.

A Honey Moon hiking in the Mountains and then Relax in the Sauna

What we loved most was Melanie. She carefully took care of us at all times when we were having breakfast and beated our expectations. The cleaning service was also outstanding and always smiling. The receptionists were completely friendly in the check-in and check-out. The sauna and spa area were unbeatable and the pond bath was super relaxing. Thanks everyone for making this stay one of our best honey moons of our lives.

I did not like a barking dog inside the breakfast area that a guest had. It destroyed a bit the atmosphere of the tranquility breathed in the whole hotel. But it was just one day so no big issue! Thanks

welcoming, clean, and unlike any hotel I’ve been to

Landhotel zum bad is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The place is modest and quaint. Very clean. Each room has a specific name. Don’t worry about having a bad balcony view. Every room with a balcony has an awesome view. Every staff member greets with a smile and is committed to making you feel welcome. I had to check in late, and the staff put my key in a lockbox outside, gave me the code. When I got there, they also left a nice letter taped to the front doors with my name on it. It was an invitation to the morning breakfast buffet (which is included with every room by the way) to start the “wonderful day”. Overwhelmingly positive vibes all around. Everything about breakfast was great. Their breakfast area was panoramic as they claim. The Coffee was fantastic. The hotel is also a mile hike from Barmsee and 2 miles hike to geroldsee. If you’re a fan of hiking and/or sunrises over scenic lakes, I suggest this place (but watch out for mosquitos when hiking! Bring bug spray. I went in july and they were bad at dawn and dusk) The price is very reasonable for such a great hotel. Sad I couldn’t stay there another day or I would have.

Disappointing

Stunning location with fabulous views of the mountains. The breakfast was excellent and they even made an extra effort on my birthday ( which they must have picked up from our check in details!). It was a very pleasant 20 minute walk / 5 minute cycle into Krun and a 15 minute drive to Mittenwald or Garmisch making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

We were in the suite - the only downside was it had a very compact ( but good) bathroom.

Room with a fantastic mountain view

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The mountain view from the room balcony was magnificent. There were no loud neighbors.

I noticed a strange noise coming from the room heater only during the night when everything was quiet. The heater kept making noise every 5 minutes because of which I couldn't sleep. I have informed about this problem at the reception. I hope this problem has been resolved now.

Great sunny location, not far from center of the little town. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Very kind staff at restaurant. Good spa area.

Welcome at the reception was not particularly warm. Breakfast could add few more sweet options (cakes or pastries are not available).

Für uns mit Hund war es die schönste Silvester-Urlaubswoche seit langem.

Die Panoramasuite ist großzügig geschnitten mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu 4 Personen, einem sauberen und gepflegten Ambiente und einer sehr gemütlichen Couch. Das Hotelteam der Familie Paschek ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist zudem ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge mit Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ganz herzlichen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Matratzen sind ein wenig zu hart.

Uitstekend

Omgeving is heerlijk rustig en ziet er schilderachtig mooi uit. Ook het uitzicht mag er wezen. Ontbijt is uitstekend en wordt met een glimlach geserveerd. Een pluspunt is ook de aanwezigheid van een koffie-, thee- en waterautomaat bij het restaurant waarvan je na pakweg 13.00 gratis gebruik kan maken. Menig hotel kan hieraan een voorbeeld nemen. Tot slot: smaakvol 'aangekleed' lounge-gedeelte, prima terras en parkeerplaats met voldoende ruimte.

De kwaliteit van de bedden in althans onze kamer liet onmiskenbaar te wensen over. Tijdens het omdraaien kraakte de lattenbodem er lustig op los. Daarnaast waren de matrassen in onze ogen van slechte kwaliteit. Kortom: het bed lag allesbehalve lekker.

Heerlijk, rustig en netjes hotel.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel was meer dan schoon en gezellig Duits ingericht. Heerlijk gegeten en geslapen. De sfeer was rustig en "gemutlich". Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad.

Geen koffie of thee mogelijkheid op de kamer. Misschien een klein koelkastje en een waterkoker. Het restaurant was in de middag gesloten dus er was niets te krijgen. Daarom de mogelijkheid op de kamer zou fijn zijn.

Ich hätte gerne Rollos an den Fenstern gehabt ich kann nur bei totaler Dunkelheit schlafen Meinem Mann war die Matratze zu weich. Aber ansonsten gab es wirklich nicht zu beanstanden.

Perfekt! Ruhig! Blick auf die Berge!

Hier können wir nur volle Punkte geben. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage war super, ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Das Zimmer war schön, groß und sauber. Es gibt eine Lounge, in der man gemütlich sitzen kann oder bei schönem Wetter draußen auf der Terrasse. Dazu kann man sich einen Kaffee und eine Schokolade kostenfrei holen und einfach relaxen. Man kann direkt von der Unterkunft aus loswandern. Frühstück war prima und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Tolles Haus, super Zimmer, ausreichend gutes Frühstück Buffet, tolle Anlage rings ums Haus, gute Mischung aus modernem und traditionellem Ambiente.

Schade das die Hausbar und das Restaurant derzeit geschlossen sind (Für das Feierabend Getränk kann man sich an einem bereitgestellten Kühlschrank bedienen). Ein Gastro Betrieb wäre schon empfehlenswert.
