A real family run hotel that made you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Perfect location to explore the area and our room has views that take your breath away! The breakfast offering was perfect with hot and cold options.
The shower was very small and therefore not too comfortable but we only stayed one night and so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

A cosy and traditional hotel located very close to the centre of Mittenwald. Staff were friendly and helpful.
As a single person it was nice to be able to book a single room which was spacious and comfortable and priced well.
A tasty breakfast with lots of choice was included.
I can't think of anything.

All very nice-Food, People, Facility. Parking on site. Hiking trails, Cable Car, Mountain top brewery and restaurant. Turquoise water gorge.

It was clean
Reception area was a mess with luggage blocking the passage, reception desk seriously untidy and receptionist dismissive. Not given a guest pass which would have saved us the cost of the chair lifts plus we were Told later we should have asked for one but of course as a newly arrived tourist we weren’t aware of the offer. The hallway was crammed full of bags of laundry, mop and vacuum. The breakfast room was ridiculously crammed with guests and staff bumping into each other and guests having to share tables and getting off their chair to let others slide out to go to the buffet. . We booked a room 6 months in advance asking for a room with a good view. Our room had a side balcony looking over the garden to the house next door and we could see into the bedroom next door and they could see into ours. When we asked for a better room we were told they were fully booked. We were so disappointed in our stay that we booked elsewhere for 2 nights on top of the cost of our stay at hotel Bischlerhoff which had been already paid. The hotel has too many bedrooms at the expense of the guest dining/ sitting room. The sitting room is actually the dining room/ breakfast room. I would not recommend this hotel.
