Hotel Bichlerhof

The Mountain View room is spacious , with a living room and balcony Good decoration and atmosphere in the restaurant Only 100 metre to a supermarket , 3-5 minutes walk to restaurants and church

Wifi sometimes slow Sometimes the parking is full and I need to park my car in the street But I still highly recommend the hotel.

The spa facilities are brand new and great for a family we had the pool to ourselves

The doors to the rooms are very old and not insulated at all could hear every person who walked past the room including the dog in the room next door being brought out for his walk also the bathroom was tiny we are not big people and there was no way 2 people could stand in there to even brush your teeth such a pity as photos showed updated bathrooms but we didn’t have one of these rooms

Comfortable and clean. Free car park.

A bit weak in breakfast, e.g. just 2 types of bread. No order made egg.

It was clean

Reception area was a mess with luggage blocking the passage, reception desk seriously untidy and receptionist dismissive. Not given a guest pass which would have saved us the cost of the chair lifts plus we were Told later we should have asked for one but of course as a newly arrived tourist we weren’t aware of the offer. The hallway was crammed full of bags of laundry, mop and vacuum. The breakfast room was ridiculously crammed with guests and staff bumping into each other and guests having to share tables and getting off their chair to let others slide out to go to the buffet. . We booked a room 6 months in advance asking for a room with a good view. Our room had a side balcony looking over the garden to the house next door and we could see into the bedroom next door and they could see into ours. When we asked for a better room we were told they were fully booked. We were so disappointed in our stay that we booked elsewhere for 2 nights on top of the cost of our stay at hotel Bischlerhoff which had been already paid. The hotel has too many bedrooms at the expense of the guest dining/ sitting room. The sitting room is actually the dining room/ breakfast room. I would not recommend this hotel.
