The friendliness of the staff was outstanding. We felt so welcome and valued. The room was lovely and comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent with delicious food and excellent service. The location was perfect with free parking right in the centre of this wonderful little German town.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the area is extremely beautiful. The hotel itself was awesome, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Their restaurant has an amazing breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel.

Really cute, traditional style hotel. Really interesting to stay there and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. bed was comfy and they had a fridge full of goodies that was completely free! We seriously enjoyed the sodas. The receptionist was absolutely lovely!
The fact they had dedicated parking was great but the parking garage was an absolute death trap - we had a volkswagen hatch back as our rental (which is a slightly longer car) and it was so hard to park in there. One night we tried about 8 different ways to get the car in and there was just no way. Staff member we asked for help was basically like "oh well, that sucks, good luck". Some lovely local lady took pity on us and let us park it in front of her house. The one night we did manage to get it in there, another car hit ours and didn't leave a note. Lucky we paid for the full coverage rental car insurance. FYI they don't have cameras in the garage or surrounding area so if anything gets stolen or damaged you have no recourse.
Our room was second floor with the window/balcony over the back car park. Staff would come out and smoke right below it, so it would waft up into the room. So you basically get a smoking room unless you keep the windows shut the entire time.
Noise in the evenings/mornings as the building has no soundproofing so you could hear everything,
