Great room with mountain view

The hotel apartment is highly recommended!! We got a nice mountain view room on the big balcony. The room is cozy and spacious with a full kitchen with all basic kitchen utensils as well as dishwasher. The hotel also offers a free sauna and swimming pool, sooo gooood, dont miss that!!

The location is a bit tough for a people who does not like to walk on the hill. It is a bit far from the main train station by walk. Besides, it is hard to find a hotel staff since he or she is not there for you all the time at the counter.

Beautiful with marvelous views

I loved the house and it's view across the mountains, it was stunning. Everything was beautiful and charming also immaculately clean. The pool area was fantastic as was the sauna. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning too.

Just that little last climb up to the house after a meal out.... Other than that, there's nothing to dislike about it.

Charming guesthouse tucked away with the best amenities

The indoor pool and sauna was an amazing amenity to have after a long day of hiking. They were immaculately maintained and very modern. The pictures on the webpage doesn't do this guesthouse any justice. The guesthouse has a lot of charming vintage character and the balcony view is icing on the cake. Highly suggest pre-checking in as per their suggestions. We arrived well before 3pm and had to call the house number to gain entrance. Good luck if you don't already have cellphone access in Germany. Luckily, my room and room key were ready and waiting for me because I had pre-checked in. This guesthouse is a amazing value and I look forward returning.

Great amazing accomodation with an amazing view from the rooms. Nice big rooms, the ones we got had a kitchen and a dining area. Comfortable beds, and did i mention that it had an amazing view! Looking forward to coming here again!

We enjoyed a lovely, restful stay and the apartment met all of our needs.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and allowed you to self cater or also provided the option of breakfast for a small additional charge. The pool looked lovely and the people were very friendly. The location was on the outer edges of town but certainly not too far from the pedestrian area and the short, uphill walk was fairly easy.

The check-in time was limited to 15:00-18:00 but it was unclear what happened if you arrived outside of these times. We did ask the property beforehand but didn't receive an answer. In the end, a door code allowed a self check-in as we arrived around 18:30. It was a stressful drive however thinking we had to be there before 18:00.

Excellent view, comfortable, big apartment with everything you need. The inside pool was a nice feature. We felt safe to know that the guests were either vaccinated or provided a negative test upon check-in.

Basic breakfast, no fresh vegetables and fruits. The sauna was not functional (not sure if due to Covid-19 situation).

Extremely kind and helpful staff, with an exceptional view out our window of the mountains.

We only stayed one night, but wish we had made the time for a longer stay. The room was comfortable and roomy, with an unexpectedly great view of the mountains outside our window. When I mentioned we would leave too early for breakfast, the staff offered to leave us fresh rolls to take with us when we departed.

Die Kommunikation bezüglich eines kleinen, aber wichtigen Anliegens war leider unzureichend. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Problem erst bei Abreise besprochen wird. Vor Ort wusste das Personal jedoch nichts davon. Da wir zeitlich gebunden waren, konnte dies nicht mehr geklärt werden. Es ging nicht um eine finanzielle Forderung, sondern um eine praktische Lösung – nämlich um die Bereitstellung von Hausschuhen, die laut Beschreibung auf Booking.com zur Ausstattung des Hotels gehören.

Wiedermal eine Traumhaft schöne Zeit im mittenwald

Alles bestens. Wäsche( Handtücher , wc Papier usw) wurde öfters gewechselt oder erneuert bei unserem 10tg Aufenthalt. Top. Stand im korb vor der zimmertüre , wurden noch nicht mal dafür morgens wach gemacht . Top. Sonnenliegen auf dem Balkon waren auch cool . Auflagen gab es auch dazu. Morgens schön in der Sonne zl liegen. Super. Hatten sonnenseite

Gepäcktransport für die Ferienwohnung. . Dafür nimmt man halt immer mehr mit und das musste alles in die 3etage hochgeschleppt werden. Mühselig bis man alles oben hatte und die schweren Koffer noch dazu. Im Winter braucht man auch mehr zum anziehen. Naja haben es überlebt

Tolle Lage und stimmiges Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Wir sind bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Gästehaus und waren auch dieses Mal sehr zufrieden. Der Brötchenservice hat wieder wunderbar funktioniert das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sicher gibt es immer etwas, was nicht 100 Prozent ist, aber für uns nicht erwähnenswert.
