This was our 4 visit so we knew what to expect. The staff as usual were wonderful throughout. Good breakfast and lovely evening meals.
We found that the room me had was a bit tired. Shower head did not fit the socket. Carpets in the room very worn in places and the work surfaces in the room dusty throughout our visit. Thought your cleaning standards had dropped a bit.

Rooms well below par for type of hotel tiles moldy shower screen .oldy exposed plater etc towel rail not working
