Room was nice. Good restaurant and bar onsite.
Service in the restaurant was very slow - far too few staff for the number of people staying. Same in the bar. And the layout is extremely confusing.

Excellent breakfast, staff helpful and professional. loved the pool and gym, the grounds were well maintained, rooms very quiet and comfortable.

The grounds were amazing so clean and well looked after
The restaurant was very poor service, from checking in to getting the bill, management had no control and staff were all over them place, management had no idea what todo , very rude and it was very rushed, training clearly hasn’t been well presented and it noticed I felt very uncomfortable at times during my visit in the restaurant and it spoilt my visit, the young waiters were being told what to say and it was always so sorry we are very busy and short staffed, tbh thats not the guests fault, the food was very poor quality but the price is very high I was expecting something really good but was very disappointed, it has put me off possibly visiting again which is such a shame.
