The location of this hotel is excellent, and the river view from our room was truly stunning. That was the highlight of our stay.

Unfortunately, several aspects were very disappointing. The lift was out of service, and we had not been informed in advance. Our room was on the 3rd–4th floor, and since my husband had recently undergone surgery and could not carry heavy things, I had to manage the luggage on my own. This was a serious inconvenience. The corridors on several floors were cluttered with staff items, which did not give a clean or welcoming impression. After 10 p.m., the main entrance was closed, and we were told to use the back gate — but this meant passing directly through part of the kitchen/cleaning area. I am not sure if this is even legal or safe for guests. Finally, the pillows were very uncomfortable — too soft and without proper shape — which made sleeping difficult. Overall, while the location and river view were wonderful, the cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility need significant improvement before I could recommend this hotel.

Lift didn't work, we couldn't leave our baggage in a safety room until Check in, smb was working at the day with a drill, at the night smb was trying to open our door, also we have heard other people behind the walls, how they were singing and fighting in the middle of the night. It smelled bad in the room, and the view out of the window was ugly. Very small bathroom

Cozy hotel with great view

Positively surprised by the level of the hotel compared to its rating. We got a double room at second floor with the river view and lovely balcony. Opened the balcony and holiday atmosphere filled the room - music from ships, people walking… The room is small but enough place for double bed, couple of chairs, table,wardrobe. Bathroom with shower- everything works properly, nothing broken. Furniture is an old fashion style matching the area spirit. Clean room, comfortable bed, welcoming staff.

The only thing I would recommend is add some eggs to the breakfast.

Hotel's corridors have a lot of beautiful paintings

The hotel has very good location, but it's difficult to find parking space nearby. We had to walk a bit far to the city parking. The city center and castle is very close to the hotel. Restaurants and bars are nearby. The rooms are a bit old, but it's ok for one night stay.

Awesome view, friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

The view from the balcony was perfect. Staff is very friendly, overall a very nice stay. Location is close enough to city center, but quiet enough, so you can get a good night's sleep. Found the room, bathroom and balcony very clean.

That I had to leave this time after only one night. I really have nothing to mention here regarding Burg Hotel. Looking forward to booking the same room for a week in July.

Dreckiges „Hotel“ zum Wucherpreis

Die Lage

Dreckiges Zimmer. So viel Staub und Flecken auf dem Teppich war schon eklig. Vom Vorhang in der Dusche wollen wir gar nicht sprechen. Steinalte, muffige Möbel; kleines, dunkles, altes Mini-Bad. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht, wenn man für 1 normales Doppelzimmer 184€ für 1 Nacht zahlen muss. Zur Info: Während der Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants befindet sich der „Hoteleingang“ zum Zimmer da durch, ansonsten den Nachteingang ums Gebäude rum nutzen. Bucht das zu dem Preis auf keinen Fall!

Excelente Localização e Relação Custo Benefício.

LocalizaÇão excelente na avenida principal da cidade debaixo do castelo. Amplo acesso a toda rede de restaurantes da avenida principal e dos restaurantes do centro histórico, a propria pousda está instalada sobre uma restaurante/pizzaria medieval com decoração de época bem pitoresca. Quarto muito bem organizado e amplo, com uma varanda de frente para o rio que faz diferença.

Estacionamento na rua da frente caso consiga vaga é uma boa, do contrario o mais proximo é um pouco longe. Se vc tem muitas malas não possui elevador, terá de carregar. Nesse caso é melhor utilizar a portaria dos fundos...

Geen uitleg bij de ontvangst over dat er geen ontbijt is, hoe en waar je ‘s avonds in het hotel komt. Het feit dat de nachtingang ook nog eens kapot was en wij een noodnummer moesten bellen.

Das Zimmer war sauber, die dicken Bettdecken waren sehr gemütlich, die Ausstattung entsprach dem Stil der 70-80 Jahre was ICH jetzt nicht negativ sehe. Der Nachteingang hinterm Haus hat auch gut funktioniert. Die Lage direkt an der Promenade ist prima.

kein Frühstück, war aber kein Problem, weil andere Hotels in der Nähe Frühstücksbuffet angeboten haben.

Die Lage des Hotel, schön zentral, alles gut zu erreichen.

Rezeption meist unbesetzt. Fahrstuhl defekt. Zimmer sehr klein, eine Seite des Doppelbett war an die Wand geschoben, so daß der Partner über einen klettern musste. Das Zimmer selbst zum Innenhof gelegen, dadurch fast kein Tageslicht. Sehr alte Einrichtung, wäre auch okay wenn das ganze stimmig gewesen wäre. Sauberkeit Durchschnitt. Bad ebenfalls sehr altbacken, der Duschvorhang unsauber. Kein Frühstück Angebot, obwohl das Internet was anderes sagt. Für die Hälfte vom Geld bekommt man schon ein deutlich besseres Zimmer, mit Frühstück, in einer Pension

le lit à baldaquins était un peu fun... beaucoup moins la litterie

à 00:30 un couple s'est introduit dans notre chambre. La clé de leur chambre ouvrait visiblement la nôtre également en forçant un peu... c'était la 311...

Alt, ok aber zu teuer

Die Betten waren bequem und grundsätzlich war es eine solide Option um irgendwo zu schlafen. Das Gebäude ist alt aber ok.

Der Aufzug scheint bereits seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr richtig zu funktionieren, was aber den Inhaber nicht zu interessieren scheint. Sauberkeit war zwar ok, jedoch lag noch eine Seife in der Dusche, was das Gefühl erweckt, dass dort nicht Sauber gemacht wurde. Personal gab es keins und man sieht jenachdem wann man kommt keine einzige Person. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist dafür unterirdisch. Für uns war es auch nur die letzte Option um noch irgendwo zu schlafen.

Het meeste beviel mij de mederijziger die mij vertelde hoe ik aan mijn sleutel moest komen. En dat ik weer kon gaan.

Geen man aan de receptie bij komen en bij gaan, vertrokken door raam van bijbehorend restaurant, kapotte lift, vieze te kleine kamers zonder airco, geen koffie of thee op kamer, badkamer zonder afzuiging, te weinig stopcontacten, waaier en tv in hetzelfde stopcontact, dus keuzestress, balkon met maar 1 stoel..... dus €267,- echt te duur voor 2 nachten.

Verblijf was erg minimaal.

Het contactloos inchecken. Slechte aanduiding waar de kamers waren. Restaurantpersoneel was niet behulpzaam om ons wegwijs te maken. De lift was kapot en we moesten 3 etages omhoog

Erg kleine kamer, veel te kleine badkamer. Geen prullenbak, harde matrassen, hele dunne kussens. Het was er erg gehorig. onduidelijke informatie m.b.t de nachtingang.

Das einzige was wirklich gut war ,die Lage und die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption die uns ein anderes großes Zimmer gegeben hat, mit jeder Menge Tageslicht und Blick zur Mosel

Das Zimmer glich eher einer Besenkammer.Kein Tageslicht,Fenster war zwar vorhanden, aber vor dem Fenster war rundum eine Wand,Notausgang ,Treppe nach oben,und auf dem Boden total verdreckt.Es war für uns unmöglich in diesem Zimmer zu übernachten,wenn man Platzangst hat und Tageslicht braucht. Eine Frechheit für so ein Zimmer fast 100Euro zu verlangen.
