This is a great bed and breakfast with one of the nicest views I’ve woken up to viewing the castle directly across the river. The woman who runs the place is kind and lays out a nice breakfast. Cochem is a great base to explore the Mosel because it’s right in the middle and the train line will take you either direction and back. Town itself is lovely too and worth a day to explore.

Ein sehr süßes sauberes Zimmer mit externen großem Bad direkt auf der Etage. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Frau Heib ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Das Frühstücks Büfett ist der Hammer. Eine großartige Auswahl. Ich durfte mein Motorrad in die private Garage stellen 😊.

Fantastische gastvrouw, geweldig ontbijt, erg goede bedden, parkeren voor de deur, fietsen stallen en opladen in de garage, 7/8 min. lopen van het centrum!

Location is great.
Breakfast is great.
The staff is very friendly.
The room was dusty.
No shampoo or soap in the bathroom.
Towels have a strange smell.
The sheets and blankets are made from synthetic textile, which doesn't make the skin feel good.
No power outlets next to the bed to charge phones.
Checkout has to be at 10:30, which is rather early.
