Great location, great stay!

A great location only ten minutes walking from the historic city. It was great to be able to park my car for free at the accommodation. Very clean and comfortable, and the host was super friendly. And for that price!

For the one person room the bathroom is in the hallway. I knew this and it was not a problem, but the only thing I can think of that was less positive.

The pension is well located - close to the center but in a very quiet area. It offers wonderful views of the Mosel river and the Cochem Castle. Beds are very comfortable. Buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of dishes. There is an open bar, where you can cheaply buy different cold and hot drinks. Above all, there is a person of the owner, who is a very warm-hearted and helpful person. A really wonderful place to stay!

Breakfast was excellent with good choices and a very clean, friendly atmosphere. Host was amazingly friendly. Great to have an option to purchase snacks, drinks after hours.

Note to self : bring your own shower soap and pay by cash. This is no means a dislike just I hadn't taken this into account which was no problem to resolve.

Small pension, but large room.

The room was rather smart, seen to furnitures etc. And thank God, NO PLASTIC UNDER THE SHEETS. Heibs location in Cochem was perfect for most people, I think.

Easy parking, good value for the price in expensive Cochem, nice view of the castle from the room.

There were used towels left from a previous visitor in the external shower room.

Nice location across the river from the town center, excellent views of the castle from the front garden (but not from most of the rooms). Convenient safe parking in front of the property. Nice breakfast, good coffee. Mrs Heib is a very friendly host.

The mattresses and pillows were very soft, at least to our liking.

Very nice accommodation with a very friendly host. I had a single room with the toilet and shower in the hallway but very close by. Was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious with a 1.40 bed and a beautiful view of the Brug Cochem. The location is perfect as you have the best view and it's a 10 min walk to the center. Breakfast was wonderful and the host very accomodationg. Her eggs are amazing!

Very friendly host and nice place with a great view of the castle

The property is very clean, has a nice view of the castle and the city. Within a 10 min walk you are already at the center, and there are many restaurants and bars also just around the corner. There is a patio and parking for car and motorcycles The owner is incredibly friendly, breakfast is also good and you have a fridge where you can buy for very cheap prices, beer, wine, water, sodas, many snacks, very complete!

We stayed a couple of nights at the end of June, temperatures around 25-28… the room can get really warm but I mean you just need to get used to The pillows are too soft for my liking. Like really flat and I prefer them comfy, fluffy or with some filling 😅

Location is great. Breakfast is great. The staff is very friendly.

The room was dusty. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. Towels have a strange smell. The sheets and blankets are made from synthetic textile, which doesn't make the skin feel good. No power outlets next to the bed to charge phones. Checkout has to be at 10:30, which is rather early.

Sehr reichhaltiges,super Frühstück.Uns hat sehr gefallen,dass wir selber entscheiden konnten,ob das Zimmer aufgeräumt wird und nicht automatisch einfach gemacht wird.

Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, war ein schöner Urlaub

Frau Heib war sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen, unkomplizierter Check-in. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus, direkt am Moselufer gelegen. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und mit großer Auswahl. Es wurde immer alles direkt aufgefüllt und die Auswahl war abwechslungsreich. Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Süßigkeiten zur Selbstbedienung vorhanden, ebenso Infomaterial über Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Gästeticket zur kostenlosen Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ( Bus und Bahn) ist sehr sinnvoll und hilfreich.

Trotz der eigentlich vom Zentrum entfernten Lage war es nachts draußen häufiger laut ( Stimmen, Gegröle und Geschepper ), wofür natürlich die Pensionswirtin nichts kann, aber es war trotzdem störend. Die Matratzen waren für unsere Bedürfnisse zu weich, dieses ist natürlich eine Frage des persönlichen Empfindens. Etwas unglücklich fanden wir, dass sich das Waschbecken im Zimmer befand, Dusche und Toilette waren in einem kleinen angrenzenden Raum.

Uitstekend. Het was in 1 woord zalig. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf en s’avonds met een wijntje dat we aan schap

De slaapkamer was wel wat klein. Het was warm , overdag + 30 graden, de gastvrouw had wel een soort van waaier , maar dat hielp niet veel. Wel goed bedoeld van de gastvrouw. Door open raam in badkamer toch goed geslapen.
