Expensive for what it was

The pool and leisure facilities were pleasant

Tiny room with no bath or telephone. Bathroom was not very clean and had a half used shower gel small bottle. There’s also no bath. Located in an industrial estate 20 min drive from Derry City. Nothing within walking distance.

nice and easy for the facilities in the area as we went to the Halloween weekend in Derry

overall the facilities were very good staff at reception were very professional and helpful Bar staff were helpful with the wif breakfast was good nice tea coffee facilities staff were always helpful

there was an unusual smell within the reception area Could not work out what it was maybe it was coming from the fire in the sitting area Did not understand where it was coming from

The king suite was a good size and it's nice to have a bedroom and separate sitting room, shower was good too

Would have just thought being 4 star ⭐ u would expect a fridge in the room . Also didn't like that u couldn't control your own heating why aren't there thermostats in each room with heating and Aircon ect like most hotels had to ask for heating to be put on and towel rail still didn't heat up ,lastly didn't enjoy the load shouting and singing of a guy at 6.30 the first morning but I guess u can't blame the hotel for that

Noise in hallways from poeple talking obviously under the influence of alcohol. No member of staff to tell them be quiet of move on.

I love most things about this hotel, just a few small things that could be improved on. Staff are fantastic and don't mind conversations with customers and very attentive and helpful.

No fridge in the rooms, Pool too cold, Not many 00 drink options, Tv doesn't work with hotel WiFi (booster boxes) Doors are too thin, can hear people talk in hallways clearly.

The room was clean and spacious and it was great to have a dip in the pool after a day’s sightseeing

It’s about four miles from the center of Londonderry so you are not able to walk into the city.

Was up for one night due to hospital appointment and the staff were amazing! My son has autism and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again!
