For a late check-in after a long day travelling - staff were so obliging and willing to look after us. Dinner was great, room was perfect, breakfast was prompt and delicious. Will definitely stay again.

Staff were all very pleasant as always and were very accommodating getting a cot put into the room for a last minute booking. Quick and easy check in. I've stayed numerous times and it's aways spotlessly clean
Sockets in the bedroom weren't working and there was no hot water. Couldn't use TV, chargers or kettle. It was reported but we couldn't move room as baby was sleeping by this point. Ordering breakfast was very slow although staff apologised due to another issue, had time for some tea and toast
