This location has potential but it seems as if the owners do not know what maintenance means. Dirty walls, strange yellow slime growing around the doorframe, under the indoor AC unit, lots of wasps around the windows both inside and out. Paint chips from the ageing furniture on the floor. Dingy bathroom.

Absolutely beautiful setting, spacious gardens, stunning pool and lovely terrace. So peaceful up in the hills. Freshly baked homemade cakes and fruit tarts for breakfast served to you on the balcony. Eleonora, the owner is absolutely charming and so helpful. So many beautiful towns in the surrounding area to visit. Orvieto is a must. One of the nicest family breaks we've had.

Charming place, very relaxing, lots of trees, and charming spots around property where to sit or walk The proprietress was very kind to make us a dinner, we were just two people

Room was not clean. Tv not working. Wifi not working. An electrical socket was completely outside the wall with cables exposed. The windows' curtains didn't close well the light. Too expensive for what you get.

Overall I'd recommend it to anyone who'd like to spend some time recharging and keep away from daily

The location is superb. Located under the Natural Reserve of Arcionello, it is immersed in the green of its gardens and private wood. They have a charming and well-positioned swimming pool which is an excellent spot for a relaxing time. Moreover, right at the entrance of the estate, you can find the starting point of a couple of nice hikes in the forest. Another nice way to stay immersed in the green.

If the breakfast could include some cold cuts and cheese it would be perfect.

A wonderful place to discover Tuscia

Wonderful place on the hills of Bagnaia. The whole property is beautifully maintained and the owner is charming and welcoming. We had great conversations with her while she served us freshly scrambled eggs and freshly baked cakes at breakfast on the terrace. We would love to come back for more days and explore more of Tuscia.

Excellent beauty experience of forgotten past

Amazing! This time we travelled more then one week and have seen several hotels and accomodations. Some of them were expensive and terrible, some ok and some really beautiful. In this hotel we could experience an awesome atmosphere getting back some centuries and deep dive in another time. Super place to tank energy, relax and get inspired! Great place.

Tra boschi, vento e sapori: la semplicità che incanta, radici antiche e magie di natura.

Questo posto non è un “hotel” nel senso classico, ma una vera e propria casa di famiglia romana, con radici etrusche e un’anima che si percepisce in ogni angolo. A gestirla c’è la nonna – una donna di fuoco, autentica e diretta – insieme al marito e al nipote. Ha lo charme unico delle case vissute, con un'atmosfera campagnola e un’aura di signorilità antica. Il decoro è vintage, molto curato dei dettagli, con quel fascino che non si può ricreare artificialmente. C’è privacy negli alloggi e si ha sempre la sensazione di trovarsi in un luogo intimo e speciale. Gli spazi esterni sono una meraviglia: un’oasi di natura con angoli nascosti che sembrano usciti da una fiaba. La piscina, incorniciata dal verde e con una vista mozzafiato, è uno dei luoghi più suggestivi. Ho trascorso momenti di serenità indescrivibile, dondolandomi sull'altalena affacciata sul bosco, leggendo e lasciandomi accarezzare dalla brezza, con il piacere di osservare da vicino aquile, volpi e altra fauna locale. Il cibo… beh, semplicemente straordinario. Tutto cucinato dalla nonna, con il calore e il sapore delle vere tradizioni. È un posto magico, ma non per chi cerca la perfezione da catalogo o l’albergo “patinato”. Certo, si può trovare la mattonella scheggiata o una formichina curiosa che vaga per la stanza – ma è proprio il segno che questa non è una struttura sterile e “di plastica”, bensì una casa viva, che respira. Qui si entra in un ambiente familiare, con i suoi ritmi e le sue abitudini. Se volete l’hotel di lusso asettico, immacolato, impersonale… meglio cercare altrove. Se invece amate la natura, la quiete, la vita autentica e il calore familiare, vi sentirete a casa.

La struttura è immersa nella nella natura e nel verde, una location rilassante e accogliente. La padrona di casa è molto gentile, disponibile e attenta ai cliente; ci ha proposto un upgrade di camera avendola disponibile. La stanza era molto bella con un bagno modernissimo. Consigliatissima, non vediamo l’ora di poter tornare.

L' accoglienza di un casale della Tuscia

Ottima posizione, dalla suite si vede un bellissimo panorama. Siamo stati spostati a sorpresa in una camera migliore di quella prenotata senza sovrapprezzo. Le due camere hanno mobili di legno antico con cui si sposano bene i servizi e quanto di recente ristrutturato. Il parco è costituito da più zone adibite a diverse funzioni come piscina (adesso chiusa) e zona bimbi, il tutto tra aiuole dall' aspetto bello e molto naturale. La colazione molto completa e buona con dolci fatti personalmente dalla proprietaria. Personale gentile e disponibile. Tre notti perfette Grazie mille per tutto!!
