overall, good for a night or two

the property is situated on a lovely little street, and looks cute. the landlady is very sweet and welcoming. the bed was comfortable.

the room has a poster bad which we continually rimmed into because it's quite crammed. the shower is very compact .

Everyone at the property was very friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were nice, clean and comfortable. It was great to have a balcony with a nice view. Both food and coffee were fantastic.

Could have put glasses in the room and not paper cups, a kettle and tea bags, not enough toilet paper, shower doors kept on coming off their hindges

The owner or manager was wonderful. Breakfaat far exceeded expectations. Since I was leaving early, she made sure to have breakfast ready for 6 AM. I only ate a small portion of what was available and it was all good! The best part was tasting the 6 different types of homemade jams (you can't buy that type quality). The rest was excellent, but breakfast was was exceptional.

Easy access, closed parking, spotlessly clean venue and rooms, all very recent and sturdy, super attentive, helpful and educated owner, total indépendance, walking distance from town center and away from festival noise, copious breakfast with options. Family owned.

Details really, it’s 99% perfect. But since everything was so great, the spring mattress could have been a bit more comfortable. It was OK. Also I don’t think that they should change the towels everyday, they could have a sign asking for people to put on the floor the towels they want replaced. Again, not a criticism.

Lovely host & comfortable place with great breakfast

I had a lovely 1 night stay here. The room was warm and comfortable despite the cold and rainy weather outside. The bathroom looked newly renovated and was large. Everything was super clean and the towels and sheets smelled fantastic! The breakfast was also amazing, with all the himemade jams and good coffee. I would definitely recommend the place.

Still dreaming of that breakfast

The breakfast was hands down my favorite breakfast of the trip. Homemade jams! Homemade marble pound cake! The room is also quite nice with a stellar view and the B&B is steps from the Via Francigena. Wifi speeds were good and there are a few laundry lines outside the balcony to dry clothes. Highly recommended!

Definitely ok, decent price.

The location is fine, not far outside of the old town, 250m ish to a large supermarket and closer to cafes, restaurants and a gelateria. My room was very clean, not large for a double but perfectly adequate. The place was quiet. The bathroom very good apart from a tendency for the shower/bath director to stick. The woman running it spoke English and was helpful and nice, breakfast was good, better than average. The place is decent value for the price.

I had the room to myself, it would have been a bit cramped for two.

La casa è veramente comoda al centro di Montefiascone, raggiungibile anche a piedi in pochi minuti. C'è la possibilità di parcheggio interno. L'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale, la camera "Azzurra" era ben pulita, con balcone che dà sul giardino interno. Disponibile in camera anche un minifrigo con 2 bottigliette di acqua a disposizione. Buona anche la colazione, con dolci fatti in casa, oltre a croissant e buona scelta di prodotti senza glutine.

Perfekt

Sehr schönes großes sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Dom. Am besten war aber die Fürsorge der Besitzer. Ich hatte einen Notfall und musste schnell nach Hause fliegen. Man hat mir sehr geholfen dabei und mich morgens um 5 Uhr privat zum Bahnhof gefahren. Ein toller Service. Danke!!!

Perfetto per un soggiorno tranquillo e comodo

Camera molto graziosa e abbastanza spaziosa, ideale per una/due persone. Ottima la presenza di un piccolo frigo, molto comodo soprattutto per chi si ferma più a lungo. Il bagno è grande e nuovissimo. Colazione compresa nel prezzo, molto assortita per essere un piccolo B&B e con prodotti fatti in casa. Le proprietarie gentili e disponibili. Molto comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare senza costi aggiuntivi all’interno dello stesso B&B, quindi in un’area sicura. Altro punto a favore: non viene richiesto alcun supplemento per chi viaggia con un animale domestico. Utile e gradita anche la possibilità di avere bottigliette d’acqua senza costi extra. Se posso lasciare dei consigli alle host, aggiungerei una mensolina all'interno della doccia e vicino al lavandino, per rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Anche una tenda più spessa alla finestra in camera sarebbe utile per chi non ama svegliarsi con troppa luce. Per il resto, consigliatissima anche per soggiorni di più giorni. Ottima anche la posizione: il B&B si trova in una zona abbastanza centrale di Montefiascone, con diversi negozi di prima necessità raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. È inoltre un buon punto di partenza per visitare le zone limitrofe: per esempio, il Lago di Bolsena si trova a pochi minuti di macchina.

L’unica cosa che non ho gradito, anche se poco rilevante, è la troppa luce che entra la mattina presto per la mancanza di una tenda più spessa.
