Location and outdoor pool and spa
The so called renovated rooms....cheap equipment (probably bought in IKEA), usually malfunctioning. It used to be that you felt you are in a 5 star room, now it's like an upgraded hospital room where 50% of the electronics never work (lamps, air-conditioning, etc)

Swimming pool and spa beautiful.
Breakfast selection poor, especially for vegetarians. Building work woke us up at 8.30 on the 1st morning. I mentioned this to the reception staff, but they didn't offer to move us, they simply said they would ask the builders to start at 9.30 the next day! However the builders started at 8.15 the next day, even earlier! This is totally unacceptable and we were not given any notice of this!
