The facilities were perfect for our toddler
We arrived & our room wasn’t cleaned , it had been left by previous visitors. We got moved to a room next door to the lift & no pool side view ( which we booked ) .
20 euros to hire a kettle , but no cups spoons etc available to hire . Which wasn’t ideal for a baby.
The cot pre booked wasn’t available & after 4 attempts at reception it arrived at 8.30pm.

Rooms were immaculate and nice.
Breakfast has a variety of choices and everything is delicious.
Location is just amazing - just two steps from the beach .
I read reviews before and I can say that they have improved many things - staff speak English, they added people to work in the restaurant, rooms are renovated and clean.
There are a few little things to improve overall. And I didn't get how I could add AI option - I thought I did but in the hotel it turned out that it was not included
And very important thing - you should be among the first in the restaurant to avoid queues and bring a paper from the registration with you :)

Mini aqua park, personal in reception was always helpful.
We had a room just on front of the scene, so we was able to sleep only after midnight. We had no possibility to eat at the hotel as the restaurant was full and they had no possibility to upgrade from just room to the all inclusive.
