Hotel Best Cap Salou

Rooms were very nice with great views from the balconies. The pool and beach were great too.

That our rooms wasn't close together.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff helped when we asked them anything. Kids loved the pool and the beach

The food was not great so we ate out all the time. There is no kettle in the rooms.

The location, the food, the surrounding restaurants, the facilities for my young grandchildren, the super friendly staff and helpful manager. The proximity to port Aventura and the town of Salou.

We experienced Seriously noisy guests. Children running up and down the corridors unsupervised and slamming doors. Families with rooms next to each other keeping their doors open and wandering in and out of each other rooms talking at full volume with their babies screaming at 7am.

The location was lovely has its own beach just off the hotel poolside, the area was quiet and quaint with restaurants outside the hotel. The Mexican and route 66 are both must go to’s!

The room was not clean when we arrived we wiped dirt from the toilet, the room was not the ones advertised in the pictures they were very outdated, Food the majority of the time was fine but nothing too exciting other than the seafood night. The breakfast is terrible. All in all an okay hotel however for the price of all inclusive there it is not worth it. Staff stopped me wearing a vest top to breakfast one morning but I’d seen other residents wearing bikinis to breakfast and dinner which isn’t a huge thing but not great. After looking at other reviews it seems these are a trend.
