Needed a hotel for the night in Salou. Hotel was suitable for what we needed - bed for the night and breakfast. Only issue outside of the hotel control is parking in the area asa there's very little available spaces in summer season.

I stayed in the 2 star apartments across the road from the hotel which I didn't mind as it was quiet and had everything I needed . Only stayed bed and breakfast but I did enjoy the cooked English breakfast. Was given 2 wristbands for portaventura on checking in and each wristband was for 2 days however on the first visit my wristband would not scan and they refused me entry. Fortunately I had booked the room for 2 people so had a spare wristband and that one worked but was going to give the spare one to my granddaughter who was staying in another hotel but unfortunately I then had to pay for her .
I didn't use hotels facilities so cannot review those . They did let me use the ground floor of the apartments to charge a mobility scooter that I hired but trying to manoeuvre it through the gated complex on my own was difficult.
One thing to note is that if you get a coach transfer they drop you off at a different hotel, medplaya calypso. I was dropped there and no idea where the marinada hotel was and set off walking in completely the wrong direction. I was a single female traveller with mobility problems and by the time I eventually found the hotel I was upset and had to sit on the wall outside to pull myself together. I know this isn't the hotels fault though,
