We had a fabulous time at Best Hotel San Diego, the staff were amazing and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless and excellently maintained throughout our whole stay. It is a brilliant location with easy access to the main strip and also has smaller beaches in the area. I can wait to go back there.

Location, reception staff, couple of bar staff.. restaurant.. bed was comfortable.. a fridge in room..
Guests running up and down corridor being woken up at 2:22am by other guests knocking on the door...
The room not being cleaned the whole time we were there... the actual size of room it was far too small for 3 people had to walk on single file.. no where to put cases, no drawers not enough hanging space...
Grey towels ( they were supposed to be white)
Towels not changed..
All the cleaner did was replace toilet roll..
A fight breaking out in reception one of your bar staff repeatedly punching another man, ( absolutely disgraceful and very scary) that I found out was part of the entertainment, a bar maid ranting and shouting at table of guests..
