The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is amazing. We really enjoyedthe pool area as well.
You have to pay extra for luggage storage.

The pools are beautiful and the hotel is very clean.
Overall a poor experience… arrived on Friday 18th April. No pool bars or and restaurants open during the day. Tried to order toasties from the bar… bar staff said they had no ingredients other than cheese 🤷🏻♀️
Paid €20 for indoor pool and spa at 6pm. Left at 6.20 with a refund voucher, pool and jacuzzi were freezing cold.
Walk in shower in bathroom flooded the room.
All in all a really scrappy experience that did not align to what we paid for the nights accommodation.
Reception staff are very rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak to a manager at one point and they just said no manager is available, they are having dinner. Come back later 🤷🏻♀️🤣
Do not recommend… will stay in Salou centre and taxi up to the park next time
