Room was clean, but the beds are a bit small which left us to sleep one adult and one child per bed. Some small repairs should be done in the room.
The breakfast options are the same as in the actual PortAventura hotels (we have stayed at Gold River). The selection is big, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired.
The person who checked us in was amazing! Loved her! The other time we interacted with the front desk about using the pin pong table, wasn’t very nice. Our checking out was super easy and the person was great. Overall hotel staff was friendly.
Pool is a good size, but some of the chairs need to be replaced as they are slightly broken. Overall enjoyable, even when a little crowded at times.
Location is amazing. Close to the center of Salou, but enough to the side not to be loud.
We had PortAventura tickets for 2days and we enjoyed it, only minus is that the free shuttle bus is far away from the gates, so be prepared to walk. The bus times and the drive, work as advertised.

Room is clean.

Very run down rooms, the outside and lobby look impressive and then the rooms are terrible!
The location is in the middle of the party location and although families are this hotels target audience, it feels like ‘brits abroad’ with loud music ( I like a party fun atmosphere but this was like night club vibes)
The staff were rude.
You need to pay for luggage holding
The pool and surrounding sun lounger area is always in the shade due to how built up the area is! Concrete city springs to mind! Avoid!
