Food is lovely, drinks are good, staff are lovely. Bathrooms are big and clean. Hotel is beautiful
Air con is awful this most definatly needs looking at, as this just makes everyone feel awful sleeping in the heat isnt good..
Update to plastic cups and not paper ones, people pay alot of money to stay and to be given a paper cup is awful.
Can the pillows be updated or spare ones left in the room 1 long pillow is not enough.

Staff brilliant clean really enjoyed first 6 days of a 10 night stay
After first 6 days we were on the 7th floor there was lads hitting there wives fighting very little sleep got despite security coming up nothing changed had to eat out daughter didn’t want to go down stairs really disappointed one security man had no hope of keeping it calm as I said first 6 days brilliant after that went down hill rapidly
