A wonderful Art Deco apartment in a wonderful location.

Danny & Lisa were the most amazing host's, excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect a wonderful sea view & close to all the local amenities. The apartment was exceptionally clean, a very comfortable bed. Good quality fixtures & fittings. There is a TV in the lounge and bedroom, the kitchen is very well equipped with a good selection of cutlery & glasses. There is a induction Hob with various size pans & a lovely oven glove.

There was nothing to dislike, even the weather was good for us.

Excellent all round apartment and location.

Location and view were fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was spotlessly clean. All facilities were there to self cater and host was extremely friendly and helpful.

Heating was adjusted via the radiator valves which meant it got a little cold or a little hot at times, particularly going to bed and waking up due to the manual nature but we sorted out a routine. There was no heating in the bathroom that we could see so that was a little cold although not too bad.

Fantastic Sunray Suites!

Perfect location with fantastic views across the harbour to the front and the beautiful beach at rear of property! Great seating area to watch the sunset! Everything you needed was provided! Friendly, helpful hosts! Had a great stay in Barmouth and look forward to returning!! Off road parking was a great bonus!!!

Nothing to dislike only a suggestion - it would be helpful to have a socket near the full length mirror to enable you to see when drying your hair or an addtional mirror close to a socket in the bedroom.

Absolutely brilliant locatiion. Great views of the estuary, bridge and mountains. Clean, comfortable,well equipped apartment Good communication with the owners. Parking just outside.

There are a couple of tables with chairs, across the driveway. We didn't use them but had we wanted to, it would have been impossible to sit at them as there isn't enough room. Maybe a smaller table would be better?

Fabulous place to stay.

Beautiful art deco building. Location amazing, could sit there all day and watch the world go by. Modern kitchen/ dining/ lounge area. Comfy chairs. Bedroom spacious, very comfy suoerking size bed. There is plenty of hanging space for clothes and drawers too. Bathroom lovely and clean, hot water plenty of and powerful shower. The hosts were so friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Beautiful apartment in centre of Barmouth near the beach. Everything high spec and very clean. Beautiful views overlooking the sea. Parking available (and garage for motorbike!). Danny and Lisa can't do enough to welcome you and help you enjoy your stay.

It was our first time to Barmouth. The location was amazing. The apartment had everything you needed, from tea, coffee, sugar. All the kitchen utensils to cleaning products. Washing machine & tumble drier are amazing. It was like going from home to home. Danny & Lisa have thought of everything. It was very very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Their contact details were to hand. Amazing property.

Best located apartments in Barmouth

The location was fabulous, we loved the garden and the little balcony. The apartment is immaculate, very well presented with everything you need to be self-sufficient or within easy access of beach, bars and restaurants. Danny and Lisa were fantastic at responding to our requests and very accommodating. More space outside than any others we looked at and a great outlook from each direction. Wonderful to watch the world go by, great estuary and sunset views.

No privacy as we were on the ground floor and each window, including the bedroom, only had curtains, no nets or voiles so constantly open to people being able to look in when passing.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It’s stylish, large and very comfortable. Every facility you may want for is provided. No breakfast was provided, but this was not a problem as there was loads of local places in a two minute walk away, which provided adequately

Parking was small, but the proprietor was very helpful in reversing in small area. Also, other residents moved so we were able to get out. This we felt better than on the road side, which was the only option in other accommodation.
