The view from the balcony (exactly as beautiful as in the photos!). The proximity to the Lapad beach + surrounding beaches, the Old Town (Uber), groceries stores, restaurants, souvenir-water sports shops, and ice cream places. Well equipped spotless flat. The availablity of a parking spot. The big and comfortable sofa-bed. The heat was never an issue, despite being on the top floor; the AC was more than enough. There are stairs between the flat and the Uvala Lapd Beach (a car is an alternative way, of course), but THIS is the way of life in Dubrovnick! When in Rome, do as the Romans do. We fully embraced it, even our energetic 16-year-old son had zero complaints. 😊 The balcony view, which he declared very “Instagrammable”! It really does feel a little like the Amalfi Coast, with the houses built into the cliffs. Our favorite moments were simply having breakfast, dinner, or a drink on the balcony while enjoying the view. Those moments were priceless. Communication with the owner was excellent, both before and during our stay. Meeting him in person and getting his helpful tips about the apartment, surroundings, and restaurants was a lovely personal touch. Thank you again for making our stay so comfortable and our holiday so memorable. We already know where we’ll stay when we return to Dubrovnik! 😊

Amazing view from the balkony! Clean and comfortable apartment with air conditioning and all indispensable items provided. Means of transport nearby to take you to different locactions. Shops are close. You have everything you need. I highly recommend it.
