We enjoyed this

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and suited our family with two teens really fine. The view from the sunny balcony was also nice!

Some construction work in the nearby areas were quite annoying, they started working before 8 a.m. We also read, when booking the accommodation, about the location and all the stairs that descending to the promenade meant, but didn’t realize how many stairs. Though our family like to move and do sporty things, 330 stairs felt like it was too much 😅

Clean property

Parking can be difficult, we had discussion with neighbours and unfortunately host was not reachable/ no call back. Getting to the beach and back involves lots of stairs, but this is expected for Dubrovnik.

Convenient location at a great price.

Communication from the hosts was excellent. They made it very easy to check in and were flexible with some unexpected interruptions to my travel. They also provided suggestions for places to visit. The place is nice and clean, though a little difficult to find your first time in the dark! It's also a short walk to the bus station, though make sure you familiarize yourself with the bus stops because they are not well marked.

know that if you want to go anywhere, you will have to walk down quite a ways, and then to return (even from the bus stop), it's a significant incline/large set of stairs up the hill. Not overly taxing if you're in decent shape, but it may be a bit much for older people or those with health problems. Regardless, in the summer, you will probably break a sweat if you go up the stairs from down below.

Adorable terrace with a great view. Clean and spacious rooms. Have separate bathrooms. A lot of useful stuff at kitchen.

Be aware that in the second room there is no wifi connection. And it a bit far away from old city.

Pictures on booking.com are a little bit tricky for the terrace as it is between 2 buildings and balcony is so narrow 2 people can't sit next to each other. For this facility it is overpriced.

The apartment is cozy and clean with a fantastic view from the balcony. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us many helpful suggestions about places in the town and its surroundings to visit.

Good choice for a few days

Except the thing with the TV, communication okay. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Use of washing machine a plus after one week travelling. Beach pretty close if you're willing to take 340 stores steps, you will enjoy it.

No shade on the balcony, very hot in the sun. Plants on the balcony dead, brown and dry. TV did not work- that is not a big deal but we got promised that it would get checked- Nobody came and that's bothering. In booking it says 2 sleeping rooms- well there second was actually the living room with the kitchen. So if you cook something, your bed smells.

Nie ma co się zastanawiać.

Bardzo ładny przestrzenny apartament. Parking, udogodnienia wszystko co potrzebujesz na miejscu. Idealne miejsce na wypady. Autobus niedaleko, ale nie opłaca się ponieważ UBER dla 6 osób to koszt 16 EURO w pobliże starówki (autobus bilet 2,5 EURO). Uber czysty, lokalni kierowcy miło przyjemnie, śmiesznie z czym w Polsce jest czasem problem. Ponowna wizyta w Dubrowniku to na 100% to miejsce.
