The perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik.

Karmen and Marko are the most wonderful and helpful people one could ever hope to meet. They are the perfect hosts and from the moment you arrive you feel at home. The apartment was spotless and really well located. The view from the balcony over Lapad bay is just spectacular and you could sit and admire the view forever. The number 6 bus is nearby and makes it really easy to get to Dubrovnik old town and beyond.

We would be quite critical but we would find it really difficult to find anything to fault.

Amazing stay! The place had everything I needed

The best vacations always come with a great stay, and I can’t say enough good things about Croatia and this place. It had everything I needed (and more!) to feel super comfortable and at home. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect to experience the city like a local. Marko is an amazing host and person—he really took care of everything and made sure I felt welcome. I highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy Dubrovnik, everything is close by. Thanks a lot, Marko!

Great apartment. Excellent value. Close to local restaurants.

Marko was a great host. The view from the balcony is much better than shown on the photos. Access to restaurants in Lapad was easy - just 10mins away (albeit a lot of stairs on the return walk). Accommodation for a family of 5 worked well - king size double room, single bed room and sofa bed in the living room. Note that there is another sofa, which means you can still sit down and use the living room whilst the sofa bed is in use. Dedicated parking was fantastic - don't even consider parking in / near the old town. Uber taxis were about 15-20 euros to Pile Gate for 5 people.

Netflix was slow to respond on the TV so I opted for plugging in laptop

Beautiful sunsets

Very, clean and tidy with everything you need. The host, Marko was incredibly helpful and even drove to the bottom of the hill to pick up our cases and then took us to the supermarket. Marko gave us advice regarding Uber and busses., he was just so helpful and willing to assist us.

The apartment is not easily reached on foot if you have luggage on wheels as there are many steps to ascend. Rather take an Uber.

Beautiful view from the trerrace. Room itself was very clean and had all the amenities, including a washing machine which was great. The host was very helpful and even let us use his laundry detergent. It's very close to Lapand Beach which is lovely. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend!

It was located about15 mins from Dubrovnik Old Town, but an uber there was very cheap and theres a bus directly there too. We loved our stay!

Apartment as on pictures including the sea view, very clean and with all appliances included. The owner was very helpful, friendly and flexible with check in time, and provided information about transportation, local tourist attractions, how to get to the beach etc. 10/10 recommend :-)

Karmen and Marko are hosts who let you think you're very welcome...

Our hosts Karmen and Marko were super! We felt very welcome, enjoyed excelent hospitality and service. Whenever we needed something they did their best to help us. The appartment was small, but we found there everything what we needed. Aircon was working perfectly, it was a hudge relief when we got back to the appartment after such a hot day. We have enjoyed evenings and dining at the terrace in front of our appartment. Overall the place was nice with seeview... but, we counted 404 stairs from nearest beach to the appartment. Going down could be done in a few mins, but going back was an excersise :) In a case you're tired, there is always an option to call uber to be taken back to the appartment just for a few Euro. Thank you Karmen and Marko for a perfect stay. We wish you all the best and we hope to see you again sometimes...

Exceptional

The position of the apartment is perfect, amazing view, quiet area but super close to the beach. there are 2 buses that stops really close to the apartment, for bus n’6 you must walk 3 min and it stops everywhere basically (for 15kunas you can make the ticket on board, paying cash). Uber can also be an option, really cheap. from the old town to the apartment was only 50/60 kunas and to the airport around 200 kunas. walking like 10 min you get to lots of restaurants and the beach. very close to the best sunset spot we found in Dubrovnik. (plaža Neptun) the apartment was super clean and handy, the kitchen equipped. air conditioning, iron, hairdryer and washing machine were present and working perfectly, the bed really comfy and big. Marko and Carmen are just the perfect hosts, available and caring at all time. (they brought us a present one day, some tasty, fresh cherrys) I really recommend you this place if you want to visit Dubrovnik. cheap, clean and with the perfect position.

Karmen&Marko were the greatest hosts. Beautiful view. Easy access to the Old Town. Quiet, at least in October.

The only negative is the kitchen, it could be better equiped as we love to cook ourselves. Better and newer cocking equipemt.

The apartment advertised a seaside view which is was false advertisement. There is no such view from the apartment. You need to walk quite a bit to view the sea. Also the floors weren’t clean and I could feel dust

Einmal und nie wieder.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Es war eine garagenähnliche Wohnung unter dem Parkplatz im Innenhof, ohne Aussicht. Entfeuchtungsgerät war voll Wasser und Apartment roch nach Schimmel. Würden wir nicht noch einmal buchen. Dubrovnik war schön, Parkplätze finden fast unmöglich und extrem überteuert.
