not nice

The beds and pillows are in terrible condition. The toilet had a terrible smell coming out towards the room Was super loud the whole night The receptionist were not even wearing face masks anymore Was cucarachas 🪳in the hotel. We leave even tho we had a reservation for 2 days. Not nice experience.

Nice stay, just somewhat cold in the winter

The receptionists are friendly. The breakfast is basic but alright. The terrace has a nice view over the city like the mirador nearby.

The common areas are kind of cold in the night and in the morning. It would be nice, if the doors (which go outside) could be closed from the evening during the night until the late morning to have it warmer inside the hostel in the winter.

Nada!!!

When we arrived we had to pay cash because the card machine wasn't working and the receptionist instead of talking to us and explain how to do to check-in us was on whatsapp. Super unprofessional. The room was full of mold, dirty, the towels stained and the door handle was broken. I super un recommend this place!

Great location

Easy walking distance to Querétaro’s historic centre. We had a family room which suited us perfectly. Loved the little balcony. Decent breakfast of cereal, fruit and toast included.

Good experience in Queretaro

Great staff, good working internet and views from the hostel rooftop. Location is pretty central, very close to Mirador de los Arcos and lots of places to eat

Bed is a bit hard, also sheet can be not enough when the night is cold

I arrived late from CDMX at the bus terminal and it was an 11-minute taxi ride from the terminal. Two helpful gentlemen made my arrival seamless and quick. The reception was still working at 11:30 and I was lucky to spend the night all by myself in a dorm. I am extending my stay another night. I slept like a rock. Continental breakfast included. I think i right in the center and I am ready to explore Queretaro. Good WiFi in all areas and great bright open areas for working and eating.

I don't know. I think it's a good value for the price and a nice place to crash for a few days. I miss having the social aspect, but I think it was nice to have a break to rest and recoup from my trips.

Buena ubicación pero la atención del personal es deficiente

La ubicación del lugar es lo que más me gusta, al lado está el mirador y también hay cafeterías y lugares para comer muy buenos, además puedes llegar al centro caminando

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí y nunca responden mis mensajes, la primera noche casi me dejan afuera y tuve que pedirle a una de las personas encargadas de limpieza que me abriera, ademas pregunté por una cobija extra ya que la primera noche pase mucho frío, en recepción me dijeron que más tarde me la proporcionarían y pasaron dos días más que me quedé y jamás me la llevaron, tuve que tomar la de la cama de al lado para taparme

Excelente lugar calidad-precio

Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedó en este hotel , me parece un lugar muy bonito y céntrico. A demás de que para entrar te dan contraseña y puedes llegar a la hora que quieras.
