There is a karaoke bar right downstream next to it. If you don’t mind the noise till 2am then it’s not an issue.

Querétaro is a beautiful city. Lots of churches.

The bed and pillows were comfortable; I was able to sleep well. No noise from outside; always a plus in my book. There were fresh towels and adequate bars of soap. There is an armoire with a few hangers; could have used a few more.

The WiFi service would fade fade from time to time. There was a drainage problem in the shower.

The location was great -in a small street just a few blocks from the main walking street /also a very quiet and safe area with easy access to the historic center Monuments -amazingly good value for the location No breakfast included in rental

Great location! Reasonable price. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet and good to rest after a hectic day, in spite of a busy street nightlife at the front of the property.

The toilet pan kept on blocking and became an issue - but the staff tried to sort that out. An extra bedside table, another socket, and a luggage stand would have been helpful.

I didn’t feel secure because the cleaners didn’t lock my door half the time. It was also noisy when trying to sleep.

Half of the time after cleaning, the maid didn’t lock the door. I verbally asked her, plus left a note and a tip and still it happened. I told reception and they said don’t worry because there was no one else there. They saw no problem in leaving it unlocked and there was no apology. Sleep quality was also very poor most nights.
