It is in a great location, quiet and safe. The bed was very comfortable.
This is listed as a "boutique" hotel. No coffee machine in room, no coffee in lobby. The bath towel had a big hole in it. No one to help carry luggage up the stairs. Reception took 45 minutes to get the TV to work. Internet went in and out. The door had a chain bolt but the door wouldn't stay locked/shut. This was our third and last stay here, it has gone downhill. Definitely not worth the money. Also the shower went from hot to cold to cold to hot and there was no bar of soap for the shower. Definitely NOT a "boutique" hotel.

Great staff and location.
Internet was temperamental and you can hear your neighbours through the walls, so bring earplugs.

Location!!!!!! Great rain shower. Cozy duvet. Pleasant staff
Heater did not work nor did safe. Bed a bit soft . We were in room 2 just off the lobby / central courtyard and it was loud after midnight. Also due to great location significant street noise

Location
The room had a lousy view to the inner corridor.
The room I stayed last year had a view to a closed patio.
I booked level 1 and was given level 0.

Really great location.
The rooms are noisy, there’s noise from either the inside of the hotel, or the street. The shower drain was clogged.

It is a very cute, little hotel. The location was great. Close to the city centre and many restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The rooms could use with a bench or a couple of chairs to put clothes on, or at least they could provide a clothes rack. The electric plugs did not work well.

There was no breakfast. Not a surprise as it was not supposed to be included.
However, the location was excellent.
Maybe some breakfast? Or an ice machine or vending machine or even a small in-room fridge.

This hotel was so cute, in a great location, and staff was wonderful. Despite the language barrier, one of the staff worked with us to get the room we wanted and to just check-in. We had a room with a patio/terrace and it was really nice. The hotel is very clean, I was impressed. We had a wonderful stay.

Great spot near the center! The room was spacious, spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were also super helpful.

Very spacious rooms, small terrace, and my room (9) was quiet. The location is excellent with many restaurants (including hip breakfast places) and cultural activities nearby. Probably not ideal if you bring your own car but for drop-offs, it's perfect.
You have to walk through an uncovered patio to get to your room and go up some relatively slippery stairs if wet to get to your room if you are upstairs.
The safe is placed in such a dumb place that you have to kneel down to get to it. Obviously designed by a young person 😂

The front desk staff was nice.
Terrace that you couldn't see out of. No water in the room. Only hot water came out of the shower. Lots and lots of stairs going up and a different way down to my room.

The location and the interior style of the room. We had an in closed patio that really made the room larger. Also the staff were very helpful.
Our coffee maker didn’t work (didn’t heat the water).

Good location in the oldest part of town. Easy walking and near many good choices for food.
My room #one, faced the interior courtyard and therefore I heard the sounds of every single other person entering the hotel.

Great location and staff. Very clean and the price was right.
It gained a lot during our stay and water came into the bedroom through the window seal. We reported it but although they said they would come to check the situation no one came to mop the water or to check. They didn’t even attempted to change us to another room.

Excellent location, friendly staff, nice room. Enjoyed balcony room. Air Conditioning was nice and cold.
No pool. No refrigerator in room. We stayed in the room with a balcony and the street/cars/delivery truck was noisy.

The location is excellent; easy to walk through the central area straight from the hotel, but safe and secure within a locked building. The building itself is lovely inside with an open courtyard and steps wrapping around to various rooms. We stayed in two rooms: upstairs and downstairs and I preferred upstairs because it had a lot more light and a little private balcony, but the steps to get there were hard on my husband's bad knees. The staff helped us arrange transportation to see some things farther from the location (Bernal and El Cerrito.)
We had some confusion with our rooms in that we were given an upstairs room for two nights and a downstairs room for one, and the first room cost less than the second, but they wanted us to pay extra for a night in the better room because that is what we booked. But they put us in the lower-priced room. It was very confusing, and in the end, they refunded the difference, but it was mainly because another guest overheard the conversation and helped to advocate for us. Aside from this small misunderstanding, however, the hotel was great.

Inside the hotel the city disappeared.
It was nice, confortable, quiet, smelled delicious.
Location, size of the room, and I loved the little terrace outside the room.

Central but quiet location with parking within 10 mn walking distance. The receptionist was very helpful and changed our room from the ground floor to the upper floor. The room was spacious, light and with a balcony. Lovely central patio.
The room allocated to us on the ground floor was small and dark .

There was no breakfast but there are a couple of excellent coffee shops nearby as well as a creperie across the quiet plaza next to the hotel. Easy to find and within walking distance to everything.
The water faucet to the wash basin was malfunctioning as it spewed excessive amount of water at the slightest twist and getting my clothes wet. The shower was not hot. It was manageable for a 3-day stay, though.

The property is charming and in the beautiful Central historic district of Querétaro. It is in walking distance of museums, churches, restaurants etc.
The staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly .
The room was clean and comfortable and a nice size room for our family of four for our one night stay in Querétaro.
The hotel is serene.
The courtyards of the hotel are pretty and have lovely seating areas for relaxing.

Great location and excellent staff, attentive and helpful, special thanks to Margaux for helping us find a doctor on a Saturday night
Coming from a very hot city we are used to a/c, but even without it the room was good enough to sleep comfortably

Mariano was a fantastic help finding good restaurants and just being generally positive and welcoming.
Room number 5 had a “screaming” toilet and an unsavory smell that emanated from the un-trapped shower drain which there was a cover for.

Great location on a plaza, pleasant staff, clean room and a nice little outdoor space for our room
Walls were a little thin so bring earplugs
