Wonderful location and great staff

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Madero. They staff were incredibly helpful and the location was perfect. We walked around Querétaro day and night and never once felt unsafe. The staff helped any time we asked and had great suggestions as well. The bed was confortable and the rooms were clean. I can highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

It would be great to have some breakfast options included.

Great and comfortable stay. The hotel was perfect for our stay.

It has a great atmosphere as a colonial building; has recently been renovated, modern bathrooms, is well located in the centre of town. Hot water provided at reception for tea 24 hrs. Staff very attentive. Perfect for our stay.

It was cool in the room, but we received extra blankets when we asked.

Fine central location for a one night stay.

Great central location in a pedestrian area. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable so fine for one night to catch a crack of down flight the next day,

We had to change our room as the toilet did not flush in the first room assigned. Facilities a bit bare bones and dated. The shower completely flooded the bathroom in the second room assigned.

well-priced, well-located, updated comfortable rooms with AC in historic centro

Particularly liked the balcony looking out onto walking street and church plaza (slightly more expensive that the internal rooms) - looking out into the walking area and hearing people speak and music playing gave me a wonderful sense of being in the centro. with windows closed, street noise was not distracting - and mostly quiet on this stretch of street after 10pm. also appreciated convenience and quality of food at connected Antesala Restaurante downstairs.

Loved the location and the staff was wonderful!

The bed was very hard and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. You could also not really sleep in because of the noise going around in the morning. Unsure if we got a room with a hard bed and close to the noisy areas of the hotel and other rooms could be better but if those two things weren’t true for us we would stay here again due to its location.

Super clean historic hotel perfectly located in historic city center

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is in a perfect location, super clean and the staff is fabulous. The evening concierge, Maximilliano, great English and is incredibly helpful. We’ll definitely stay here on future trips - highly recommended!

Lovely hotel in the middle of all the action.

I appreciated the kind staff and excellent location in the pedestrian part of Queretaro. The 2 bedroom room with the balcony was lovely with high ceilings.

The bathroom was TINY but functional because we only stayed there for one night. Waiter in restaurant forgot order so we had a much longer than usual breakfast. Breakfast was very good though.

Beautiful hotel

The location, the personal was very friendly and helpful bringing up my luggage. The decor of the building and rooms is lovely.

We were given the room upstairs above the reception so we could hear some noise, also the bells ringing from the church, it’s not so quiet if you are inside the room during the day.

Perfect hotel, near many good restaurants walking distance to many churches

The staff at this hotel is outstanding. Valet will meet you at the Neptune fountain to park your car.

The cleanness was bad. leftover food in fridge, foods crump in microwave plates and dust and garbage papers in the floor. Electronic Room Keys always failed. Front Desk must review the reservation wherein she almost charge me twice.

Great Place to stay

The hotel is well located at the city center. The Staff is kind and helpful. The room is very clean and has good noise canceling windows. It is a great hotel if you want to spend time at city center and visit Queretaro.

The bed sizing are misadvertised. The booking I purchased was for queen beds and I arrived to full sized bed and had to find another location for my entire family.

We enjoyed so much I don't know where to begin...... First, the entrance has a beautiful welcoming feeling and the flow of positive energy radiates the whole historical landmark.....The staff ( all of them) Eder( front desk) David, Mariana ,Jasmine,- front desk. ENGLISH / SPANISH capable .Miguel/ housekeeping/ support. Margarita ( housekeeping ).... We stayed for seven nights , therefore we got know each other pretty well. They were hustling non stop the WHOLE time 24/ 7. 7 days and nights of bliss..... Check out their espresso machine by the front desk.......I couldn't get enough of that machine..... Just push the button and wah lah ........It finds em( coffee beans ),grinds em( beans ) and splashes beautiful blue bottled agua( water ) all over them toasty grinded beans ( awesomeness. ). Floors were shining and freshness permeated throughout...... Any and all requests were attended to swiftly ,along with a smile......We had MANY( wine glasses,wine,ice, laundry services , dining, etc)..Whether coming or going you will see and feel a specialness, an unforgettable location with its BEAUTIFUL people. They made me smile alot..........I learned alot....Humble pie included..Very,very,very safe ............Queretaro, Mexico citizens and alike are fantastic humansEager to engage in conversation, help,intervene in every scenario i encountered Buenos diaz came out of my mouth more times then i can remember..Got that down...... We are making plans to stay longer in the near future !

It was in great shape, well maintained and the location was excellent.

The bathroom in our room needed refreshing. It could use a new sink, for example.

Location wasn’t too bad. I didn’t have any breakfast, when I booked breakfast was included but the staff at the hotel said that we were not allowed to get breakfast. I will never come back to this hotel. And I wish can get reimbursed for th the breakfast not take it.
