Very well located and comfortable

Excellent location, with its own car park. Nice courtyard for enjoying your own picnic, should you wish

Lovely room in a historic building in the center of this charming city.

Historic colonnaded convent, tile floors, fairly quiet despite being there on a holiday. Easy walk to restaurants, museums, churches. Wonderful to have free parking included! The hotel provided bottles of purified water.

As expected, a bit dated, but that hardly detracted from the experience. We arrived on Dia de Muertes and the small streets into the Centro were all blocked by police so it was a nightmare getting to the hotel.

Staff are super friendly. Location is perfect for the Centro of Queretaro. I like the old hacienda feel of the hotel.

the hotel has a great location close to all the action in the central district. We had a large room with comfortable beds the shower was awesome great pressure. Our room was located on a beautiful courtyard with a place to sit outside. the staff was very friendly.

The air conditioner did not work well and was extremely noisy. We were only there for 2 nights and did not bring this to the properties attention we bought ear plugs instead.

Quiet, central and walkable in city center.

Staff is helpful with bags and keep the room quite clean. The room was huge and large liter water bottles are provided daily. Completely quiet in the hotel, I didn't hear any noise during my stay, it was quite peaceful. The hotel provides a courtyard and excellent parking that makes it easy to meet friends and rides if needed in the city center. Given the excellent location. lots of restaurants nearby and the Jardin nearby has food vendors into the late evening hours. AC worked well and large shower with great water pressure. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again.

REALLY GOOD. GREAT LOCATION

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff was very attentive. The location is great! Walking distance to every place in Centro Histórico. We didn’t need a car. The room was comfortable.

it is a tight turn into the the courtyard would be my only slight. If you have a larger car you may not be able to swing it.

Lots of space but very dated and run-down.

Near historic city center. Staff was helpful and responsive.

Our suite had a bizarre layout. There was a comfortable (but spare) sitting area in the loft, But the tv was downstairs facing the bed. The room was very dark. Everything needed a renovation. Light switches were scattered all over the suite. Other classier hotels (such as the Hotel Hidalgo) were more centrally located.

Tranquil stay at center of city

This hotel's location is unbeatable, it is central but quiet, with a beautiful large courtyard in the center and a huge parking lot at the back. There are other smaller courtyards spread out the hotel's compound too. We booked a double bed room and our room is huge, the bathroom is very clean, and the tile floor is spotless. The room service is performed in the morning when we step out so when we come back from breakfast a cleaned up room and made-up beds and fresh linens are waiting for us. The hot water for showers never runs out like in some of the other more pricier hotels. The hotel and facilities are very well maintained. Nothing fancy but it meets our needs and totally worth it. I would use the word tranquil to describe this property. If I come back to Queretaro, I would stay at this hotel again.
