No free breakfast on Monday, no hot water unless he turn water heater on, Hard to find Hotel

Beds were comfortable, room was large, location

Hard to find Hotel, no sigs outside, is located inside a a court by a Resturant. We check in on a Sunday, Luis did not give us any information except, check out and where to leave keys. I had to ask him about free breakfast, informed me there was not breakfast on Monday because Restaurant is closed on Mondays, that was not on the booking.com site. Also he failed to tell us if there was not hot water that we need to ask him to turn the water heater or show us how to do it Monday (I forgot her name, sorry) Gave us all the information, wifi password, and ticket for the breakfast, also told use Luis should have give us a hotel receipt. She was very helpful with all our need

I liked the price and proximity to tourist spots. Included breakfast was a nice touch.

Take your own Moquito Spray,

Excellent location, nice bathroom. There is a lovely restaurant at the back which is partly covered and is really well landscaped with lots of relaxing plants and bushes. Great food too and reasonable prices and good, very polite service.

The room is barebones with a tv, but functional. The window looks out onto the street and has no screen. I left the window open in the night and the room filled with tiny moquitos which quickly chewed me up. There was a can of fly spray in in the room (so the owners are aware of this issue) this quickly killed off the moquitos which I then had to brush off the bed. If you stay here, take your own your fly or mosquito spray and keep the bathroom door closed. The shower drain has a lid which closes by foot; if you leave it open it will smell in the night. The pre-entry door has a weird lock which at first attempt does not appear to work.others had the same issue and I twice had to show other guests how to open it (they asked I worked there)

Curtains dont stop light and rooms are bright. Noise from staff signing and playing loud music early morning is unptofessional.. consider some people work nights. Noise travels through room walls and roof alot.

I only liked the location

The lady running the hotel has a lot to learn on hospitality. In 5 days they never cleaned my room, changed the linens or even provided toilet paper. They don't provide shower gel either. I had to tell them that they must provide toilet paper and not making customers ask for it. Also, I wasn't given the room I booked and the mattresses in my room were uncomfortable and I could feel the springs in my back. On top of it, when I left the hotel, I said goodbye to the lady host and she didn't bother replying. The hotel wasn't cheap either for what they offer. I'd say that if they want to work in hospitality they need to learn what it is.

A good basic room in a good location.

Location was great, quiet and just a couple of minutes to the centre, an Ozzo is 50m away, room was clean, shower was very good, very hot water. Check in was quick. There is a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner at the back.

Although I was fine with it, if you are expecting hotel facilities such as a reception and staff around, then this is maybe not for you.

Internet speed is very bad, the place is too loud especially at night and in the morning. The towels and the linen on the bed were of bad quality.

Economical hotel in good location

The location is close to almost everything. The room was pretty clean. Had no window but liked the little patio area in front of the room.

Wifi reception was not good in the room. Needed to step outside the room to receive the signal though it was not a huge issue personally.

Receptionist was friendly.

Stayed in room #9No hot water when we wanted to shower. No parking lot. Paid $50 pesos extra for inside space to park and not leave car out in the street. The main door is old and you have to put a lock 🔒 to close but it wasn't working had to put a chair for for not to open.

La ubicación

. No fue fácil hacer el check in. No había encargado del hotel a nuestra llegada, a pesar que avisé con tiempo por e mail de la hora de arribo y me dieron acuse de recibo. El hotel estaba cerrado, no pude entrar hasta que personal de este hotel se presentó para abrirnos (+30 minutos espera) afuera. . Dificultad para comunicarme con alguien del hotel para revisar mi check in. Nadie atendió mis mensajes o llamadas en ninguno de los números proporcionados por el hotel. A la persona que nos abrió se le localizó con la ayuda del personal de un hotel que está enfrente, gracias a su ayuda pude resolverlo. . Cuartos limpios pero sin equipo suficiente. No había cobertores disponibles en el cuarto. Pasamos noche fría e incómoda de menos de 10°C. .Este hotel tiene un serio problema con el personal que lo opera, no es suficiente.

No esperes ver un letrero de hotel ni un escritorio de administración. Se supone que viene incluido el desayuno y ese día ( lunes ) no abrían el restaurante. Aún así se me cobró la cantidad total y ni siquiera me ofrecieron un voucher para cambiar en otro restaurante. ( ya me había pasado en otros hoteles y así lo solucionan) No me dejaron papel de baño y tuve que solicitarlo. El cuarto que me tocó estaba lleno de humedad Ese hotel necesita urgentemente mantenimiento. Todo está decadente.
