I stayed for one night because I was flying out the next morning, the staff is really nice. Check in was easy and my room is ready. Only issue is a lot of transient loitering around the property and can be heard drinking and being disruptive throughout the night, it was a little unsettling.

This hotel is a good option for the price. The room was clean and everything worked, no frills but secure with a comfortable bed. There is also loads of shopping in the area and centro is a quick walk away. The desk woman in the morning is very cute, so that’s a plus.

That it is pet friendly, but the hotel needs a paint job and the hotel rooms need to be upgraded. The floor in my rooms was broken. The bathroom sink was at an angle. The toilet did not have enough water pressure until I fixed it.

Great location, nice room and nice property. Lots of points of interest within a few minutes walk. The problem is the noise… the street noise is just about tolerable but the music from the Terraza (rooftop cafe) was ridiculously loud. I had planned to eat there with friends but we went elsewhere because it was so LOUD. The hotel has about 5 floors, I was on the second floor and the music could be heard from my room and was intolerable. As much as I liked the hotel, I won’t stay here again on a weekend and do not recommend it

todo estuvo muy bien, excepto al checar al hotel directamente!!! el 12 de octubre a las 9:00 pm! la senorita que contesto,; muy mal y grosera; nos dijo que ya no tenia cuartos, preguntamos tres veces que si tenia donde guardar el automovil!! y hasta la cuarta nos dino que si!! le dijimos que en la aplicacion devia que si habia cuartos!! pella dijo no es cierto no hay cuartos hasta manana!!! esa es mi queja!! reservamos por la aplicacion y mo hubo problema

It's a convenient hotel, very close to Queretaro historic downtown. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable, well maintained and clean. The businesses center was a little bit noisy and the printer did not work, however they offered excuses and kindly recommended a place close to the hotel to print my bus tickets.

The hotel is clean and very well located. Spike your morning drinking a coffee downstairs, it´s really good! Plan your day and do your research at the computer room, since the wi-fi in the bedroom is not working properly. The hotel has a small gym, it´s empty most of the time. Hotel impala is so close to everything that you can move everywhere, and do everything from there. Crossing the avenue toward downtown they have a place where they sell juices and blends. They are healthy, cheap, and safe... I love them! You can walk to Downtown, where there are nice restaurants and entertainment... Enjoy your stay in Queretaro, the cultural events, and the night life!

The hotel itself is OK, but the description of distance from the Queretaro airport cannot be more misleading. Hotel.com listed the hotel as being 2.8 miles from the airport. Well, it is more like 28 miles. If you arrive at night the only option is to take a taxi. There is no bus or shuttle that goes into Centro. The neighborhood is an interesting one but it is very noisy at night. There is free internet at the hotel which is very nice. Overall, it is a budget hotel and it serves the basic needs.
