Great location

Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, hot shower, location is excellent. We book for 3 nights and stayed for 6 nights it was so good

Everything is good. To improve tables and chairs on the sun terrace would make this a usable space. Water refill or bottled water for guests would be helpful

Affordable and pleasant accommodation in the centre of the historic part of Queretaro.

I arrived late and left early so didn't have too much time to check out the facilities. My bed was comfy and felt clean, the room was fresh and tidy. The shower was good. Best of all was the location. I wanted a quick beer before bed, and on a Saturday night the surrounding streets are alive with music and nice places to relax in Queretaro. The receptionist was super friendly and helped with my early morning departure by personally knocking on my door to make sure I was awake and arranged a car to airport.

Didn't see any kitchen facilities, but maybe didn't look in the right place.

Ok place to stay for a night

Unfortunately the sheets weren't clean, hair in the bed. Only cold water.

The arquitecture, cleanliness and comfort, superb value.

No water heater in our room, that's the only downside. Be sure to ask for a room that has gas water heater (ours had solar but it was cloudy out there).

The location was excellent, walking distance from the city centre.

The view out the window was of a large wall, and the music coming from the other side of the wall was blaring from early afternoon until late into the night. However, the most inconvenient aspect was the fact that they had run out of towels, and we didn't receive them until late morning of our first full day. When they cleaned the room, they kindly removed our used towels but didn't replace them. We had to ask every time and were often told that they had run out of clean towels. The hotel wasn't even half full.

Disappointing

The location was good

There was no hot water in the shower. Just kind of luke warm which felt cold especially considering that evenings and mornings were cold and then you have to go into a cold shower. Also no heater - although daytime outside temperature was about 25 degrees celsius in the night it would drop to about 6. Also my bedding had someone’s hair - the staff changed the bedding after i pointed it out. The walls of the room were not very clean either. The music from next door bar was very loud and i could hear it as loud as if i was in the bar, banging and vibrating in my room and on a Thursday night it was on till 2am. I rarely leave negative reviews but this sort of stuff can ruin your holiday. I guess if you only want something to sleep only at night it’s bearable but definitely not somewhere I’d stay again.

Very noisy hotel with poor cleaning

Location, modern facilities

Room was dirty, had not been sweeped hairs everywhere, kept taking towels without replacing them and I had to go down for more each night. They let guests have parties at night in their rooms, loud music, lots of people and noise until 3am. We were there for work, couldn't sleep Not enough outlets in room

Según entendí había hecho a reserva con desayuno pero me dijeron que para Booking, ya no incluía desayuno. Igual me recomendaron el desayuno del meson, supuestamente me harian precio especial, pero no hubo servicio ningún dia.

Solo lo del desayuno, las habitaciones son mas pequeñas de lo que se aprecian en las fotos.

Nos Estafaron!!!! pésimo servicio y alojamiento

Considero que fuimos engañados con las fotos de la habitación que habíamos reservado. Las habitaciones NO tienen ventanas con vista a la calle donde esperábamos tener luz natural en la mañana, lo cual fue promocionado en el anuncio. NO habían cobijas y las sábanas eran de una tela muy barata e incómoda. Es realmente preocupante que piensen que sábanas sin cobijas es adecuada para el frío que hace en Querétaro. Las cobijas que nos entregaron eran de una pésima calidad. TAMPOCO había wifi, lo cual es inaceptable para un establecimiento que se dedica a la hostería en una ciudad moderna. Trabajamos en línea y fue un dolor de cabeza conectarnos al WiFi. Al final, nos tocó salir para conectarnos al internet, lo cual implica un gasto adicional innecesario y fue muy frustrante porque no deben mencionar que hay wifi en su anuncio. Cuando nos entregaron la habitación, estaba hecha un lío. Se nota una falta de control de calidad y profesionalismo. Fue realmente desagradable llegar a nuestra habitación después de un largo viaje y tener que quejarnos de la falta de servicios básicos que se espera de un hotel en el centro histórico. Pensábamos que ya habían pasado suficientes cosas hasta que nos pasó la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en un hotel. LO PEOR: El personal (los recepcionistas) nos estafaron!!! Los 2 recepcionistas nocturnos fingieron que había una multa por lavar unas sábanas que habíamos manchado sin querer y nos exigieron que les pagáramos en efectivo en ese momento. Está multa fue ficticia, pero nos acosaron hasta que les pagamos los 200 pesos. Dijeron que teníamos hasta la media noche para pagarles y que nos iban a incrementar la multa si no pagamos la multa ese rato (dijeron que nos iban a cobrar un cantidad inexplicable de 800 pesos). Es bochornoso tener que pasar por esta experiencia. ¡Por el precio que nos cobraron, JAMÁS recomendaríamos este hotel!

Sí hubo agua caliente todo el tiempo y la atención en recepción muy, muy adecuada.

Lamentablemente la habitación muy fría y sin cobijas, fue mala experiencia pasar la noche así, casi ni dormí. También el ruido en el bar de la entrada algo incómodo.

Es bueno en general mucho mejor la primer experiencia que esta

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en el hotel el desayuno es muy rico ... La atención de la persona encargada es muy amable, las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpio.

Pero en esta ocasión nos dieron una habitación que tenía cosas personales de alguien más, se comentó y nos cambiaron a otra habitación pero en el baño el jabón estaba abierto y sucio, me parece que incluso era habitación del personal del mismo hotel, no había cobertores en la cama, se tuvieron que solicitar, eso no me agradó.
