Fine place for a short stay

With mid-week room discounts, our 3-day stay was very affordable. We were looking for a large room with a comfortable bed, A/C, strong wifi, and a pool. After a mattress switch request, we got all four requirements 👍🏻

The adjoining door is not at all soundproof and we could hear entire conversations from the other room. The A/C doesn’t work great during the day but cools off nicely at night when the sun goes down. There’s a lack of staff - no doorman to help with luggage, (one elevator isn’t working so we needed to move our stuff from one side of the hotel to the other by ourselves), no one answering any of the phone extensions when help was needed.

Noisy, old, dirty and stinky.

I left without staying. The room was dirty, old and there was a continuous noise that never stopped. The receptionist told us it was the pool heater.

Feeling unwelcome.

Room and beds were excellent

The attention when arriving was not done in a proper way. Felt like I was intruding their conversation and time when arriving and asking questions. Wifi was also really bad and did not work the time we were in the room/hotel and worked only in certain spots of the hotel.

Just the location.

The room was dirty (we found a cockroach and feather on the carpet) and we didn't say anything coz we were tired. The shower, was leaking all the time, so the floor at the bathroom was wet. Also, one lamp wasn't working. The staff didn't give us remote controls for the TV and the WiFi password. I repeat, we were exhausted to go back to the reception to complain coz also the elevator wasn't working. We were hosted at room 206.

Very badly mantained. The lift was not working, the flow of water in the shower was very poor. Looks like it was great 20 years ago and somone just didn´t care anymore.

Over all, it was a good stay it just needs an update.

The parking was amazing! The outside looked very nice, the neighborhood provided us with everything we needed and the staff was very nice.

There was no microwave, the tv remote was not working well, the fridge was not working well, the bathroom needed a new shower, over all everything needs an update.

Everything is too close, something good because you can walk and find everything you want.

The hotel is too old, even the TV, the carpet, if you want sleep good find other place. If you don't have enough money one motel is better.
