No like the pictures, pillows without a cover, Poor quality sleep because of the noise and super uncomfortable bed. No shampoo and other toiletries enough for 2. Dirty feeling, floors unswept on hallways.

El check in debe ser antes de las 7 PM o no te respetan la reservación, me pareció absurdo. El hotel no es la gran cosa y la atención de sus empleados deja mucho que desear.

Buena atención y servicio. Solo que hubo huéspedes haciendo mucho ruido y escándalo hasta altas horas de la noche, y nadie les llamó la atención. Por lo demás, todo estuvo bien.

Pésimo hotel, nada recomendable. El ambiente no es familiar, parece más un hotel de paso, mejor ni entrar en detalles. La comida mala y cara. Mala actitud de las personas de recepción. Recamaras viejas y sucias, hay cucarachas y chinches. Llegue al check in y me entregaron la habitación sucia, cama sin tender y del baño ni quiero hablar. El ventilador no servia y la tele tampoco. En el baño todo está oxidado y hay olor a drenaje todo el día. No coinciden las fotos de las habitaciones con lo que son en realidad. NO VAYAN POR FAVOR

Me intentaron abrir la puerta 2 veces y una de esas dos veces me dijeron que "ya se me iba a vencer la habitación" a pesar de que yo había pagado por adelantado 2 días Desde temprano empieza a hablar con gritos el personal del hotel y no dejan descansar Estaban taladrando por la mañana y no me dejaron dormir La televisión nunca sirvió No había internet como decía en la descripción del hotel El baño tenía un olor muy desagradable Las sábanas estaban manchadas

El pero hotel. Nada que ver las fotos de la aplicación fueron 10 noches días sin agua caliente días sin agua. Cucarachas en las habitaciones

Las fotos disponibles en hotels.com no corresponden a la situacion actual del hotel. Requiere mucho mantenimiento. las puertas de metal estan completamente oxidadas. En mi habitacion le faltaba un vidrio en la ventana. La limpieza en general es aceptable, Se oye mucho en los cuartos la platica de la recepcion a las 3 o 4 de la mañana. El restaurant es bueno.
