There were cucarachas, the bed was hard. No separation between the toilet and the shower...so there was water everywhere. You can't lock the door properly.

Way too many bugs!! Not worth the money.

Not a lot. Staff were friendly enough and there was cable TV.

When we arrived the room was absolutely full of dead bugs. We had to clear dozens of dead mosquitoes, just from the bed. Every surface was absolutely covered in them and it was clear the staff had come in just before our check-in and sprayed the place with bug spray. By night time, the room was filled with dozens of mosquitoes again. We asked to use some bug spray and the guy grudgingly allowed us, saying he 'didn't have much left' despite handing us a full can. Eventually, they loaned us a wall plug in and we went to buy repellent refills for it across the road. The shower was average and everything got wet when you used it, including the bedroom floor, making everything very slippery. The location was average, about a 15 minute walk from the centre but not in the nicest neighbourhood. For the price, I really wouldn't recommend it. Spend a little bit more and get a place in the centre!

Basic but clean

We booked and arrived late. Although we got a confirmation email, the staff onsite was not aware we were coming. He was very accommodating and got us into a room right away. Staff was very accommodating about letting us in and out late at night. I must say that getting dropped off at the front gate in the middle of the night is a little intimidating, but a knock on the gate promptly got us in. The rooms are small and sparse, but ours was very clean. It looks like they are trying to upgrade the hotel. It looked like new tile in the bathroom. The bed is very firm. I loved it; I got a great sleep. My wife found it too firm. The pillows were surprisingly the most comfortable I have had in a hotel for a while. Like other posters have said, the rooms are basic, and not modern but somehow new (except for the tv.) But I found the room very clean and it felt safe.

We didn't have hot water, but I'm sure it would have been resolved if we had have mentioned it.

Una de las habitaciones la pedí con cama queen y a la mera hora me dijeron que no existe habitación con cama queen solo matrimonial, y la diferencia de precio pues se pago y no me dieron ninguna reembolso… y pues no uno solución al respecto Las cobijas rotas, las toallas igual El lugar para estacionar, si vas a salir temprano al día siguiente mejor lo dejamos afuera pues se llena y no podrás sacar el auto
