Nice property hosted by a great host

The host Nikolina was exceptional. We initially struggled to locate the property. She came herself to guide us. She explained everything at the property. Very thorough and attention to detail. The kitchen had all the necessary crockery and cutlery. The bathroom amenities were high quality.

I would suggest to have couple of pegs in the bathroom to hang the clothes

Perfect stay

House was well equipped. Nice decor, kitchen was funtional, ac units in all rooms. Bathtub was super nice. Contact person gave very good tour of the house and gave us tips of what to see in Dubrovnik. Also recommended to use Uber since its inexpensive. 2beaches were walking distance away. Parking spot in front of the house was spacious and easy to park in . Apartment was clean and comfy. Would recommend.

We cannot recall anything that we didnt like in our stay.

everything needed was available in the property. getting into old town from bus was convenient. Bus stop is 400 meter away.

We loved our stay in Dubrovnik

The host met us and spent time showing us a map of the area. He even took us to the supermarket and waited for us to get some provisions. They had also provided a welcome pack of essentials. During our stay the hosts were so helpful with advice about the area, taxi firms, where to eat, etc. we stayed for 2 weeks and all linen was changed. Beach towels and toiletries were all included.

The apartment kitchen could have been stocked a bit better with more chopping boards, coffee maker or cafetière, oven gloves. On the whole we had everything we needed though.

Beautiful Apartment - Highly recommend

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. The host, Nikolina arranged our transfers from and to the airport, met us on arrival, provided all key information, gave us a lift to and from the local supermarket and even allowed us a later checkout which was a massive help-thank you. Would highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a clean, well equipped and comfortable air conditioned apartment a short walk from the beach. Copacabana beach is a few minutes walk away, beautiful but a little busy for us, next to this is a quieter beach, where you can hire sunbeds and there is a hut that offers drinks, ice creams etc. We went here everyday, the man who owns it was really friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach is downhill, therefore the walk up from the beach is uphill, we found this a little too intense in the warmer temperatures but were easily able to Uber the journey back up for around 34 Kunas (just under £4), just make sure you've dried off beforehand. We had a really lovely stay here :))

Exceptional

- Great location: very quiet neighborhood. Close to the bus stop - 5 mins walk, with minimal incline on the way to the stop or back from it. Bus No. 6 goes to city center every 15min. The apartment is located near the end of the bus line, so you always get a seat on the bus, while on the following stop (which is always very busy) the bus quickly fills and only standing spots are available. - Close to the Copacobana and Coral beaches (5-10 mins walk), also with minimal incline. The beaches can also be reached by car, 2 min drive, free parking (although minimal spots). - Apartment modern and fully equiped down to the smallest detail. Even beach umbrella is provided. - The owner was very nice, gave good recommendations, was always easily reachable via WhatsApp. - Parking space in front of the apartment (10 meters). - We were able to check-out a few hours later than stated in booking confirmation. Check-out procedure very easy. - Big TV with Netflix. We didn't choose the apartment for this initially, and didn't think we would even us it at all, but it turned out a great way for us to spend late evenings after exploring the city.

The Best apartments in beautiful Dubrovnik

very clean and bright apartment. There is everything you need including bathroom and kitchen utensils. Quiet and peaceful place. shop and beaches 10 minutes walk. The old town is also close enough. Close to Sunset beach with restaurants and cafes. The hostess Nikolina is very hospitable and helpful. I felt at home.

Great apartment and a pleasant stay

It was a clean and very pleasant apartment with excellent amenities. The view from the balcony was stunning and the beach was easily accessible. Nicolena is a great host who provided lots of helpful information about the local area and Dubrovnik to make sure we got the most out of our stay.

Un muy buen apartamento para visitar Dubrovnik, con buena relación calidad/precio. Me gusto casi todo del apartamento, y aunque está un poco lejos del centro histórico de la ciudad, hay muy buena comunicación con autobús urbano que es gratuito con la Tarjeta Pass, que recomiendo. Trato excepcional de la anfitriona, que nos recibido y nos dio toda clase de explicaciones.

Sensacional!

Nossa anfitriã, Nikolina foi maravilhosa! Recebeu-nos quando chegamos e deu dicas preciosas para aproveitarmos ao máximo com o pouco tempo que tínhamos! O apartamento é muito bom, bem equipado, localização excelente! Fica perto de 3 praias, da Promenade (repleta de bares, restaurantes, hotéis e vistas deslumbrantes!), do Iate Clube, da marina e do porto onde os navios de cruzeiro param. Para chegar ao centro histórico é muito simples, com ônibus que passa a 5 minutos do apartamento. Uber chega com facilidade também. Nikolina fez um roteiro “must to see and go” que foi fantástico! Melhor do que qualquer centro de turismo! Tivemos uma experiência incrível em Dubrovnik, graças aos seus conselhos!
