Nice apartment with a beautiful view of the sea from the small balcony. Everything necessary is provided, but a mop for cleaning up sand was missing. The host was very friendly and helpful, explained everything in detail, including how to get to the apartment. We went to the beach near the Beach Bar Ponat, where you can enjoy cold drinks or coffee and relax in the shade among the trees with stunning views. The walk to the beach took about 15 minutes through a campsite, shaded and surrounded by greenery. The nearest grocery store, Studenac Market, is about a 5 minute walk away at a leisurely pace. There’s a bus stop close to the apartment, and you can take a bus to the Old Town — it takes about 20 minutes. We often walked to the center of Lapad, which is also within walking distance. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

The location, convenient to supermarket and bus.

When using 2/3 appliances the fuse would blow in fusebox which meant we would have to keep turning the switch back on in fusebox. The bed in first floor bedroom was either too big for the room or needs softer bed base, due to lack of room I kept hitting my leg of the corners of the bed frame at bottom. Occasional bad smell coming from upstairs bathroom travelling right downstairs, like a sewer smell, we made sure to dispose of any garbage daily.

Good location close to bus routes into Dubrovnik and old town. Clean, comfortable apartment, decent facilities.

APARTMENT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED. At booking time, the apartment details section explicitly listed 3 bedrooms - one line of info was given for each bedroom. We'd thus expected to have 3 bedrooms, not 2 (admittedly the headline indicated 2). I showed the listing of 3 bedrooms to the property manager when we arrived, and I note the information has been corrected since our stay.

It was good choise for our vacations. I would recommend it for sure.

This place is very nice, neat and comfortable, great for vacations. Clean and good looking. Owner or agent helped us with few excursions, also solved our small problems easy and fast.

Sure we should ask about cleaning, but no cleaning for week is not good. So dont forget to ask! Also good to have washing powder for washing machine and warm coverlet extra.

Super séjour dans l’appartement de Vedran. La communication avec l’hôte était très fluide et il a été très arrangeant 🙏🏻 Situé à proximité d’une ligne de bus reliant la vieille ville, un supermarché à proximité et le choix en terme de restaurants. Pas besoin de louer une voiture! L’appartement était agréable nous étions 2 donc parfait avec 2 chambres et deux WC dont 1 l’étage. Petit balcon agréable. Plusieurs plages à proximité. N’hésitez pas super location, rapport qualité prix très bien !

Prima appartement voor een goede prijs

Het ruime appartement met balkon. Aanwezigheid van wasmachine en afwasmachine. Faciliteiten op loopafstand. Met bus nr. 6 snel in de oude stad. De uitstekende uitleg van de beheerder was perfect!! Zelfs met een filmpje erbij.

De hygiëne had iets beter gekund. De aanwezigheid van een stofzuiger zou fijn zijn! Geen persoonlijk contact vonden wij jammer!

Super rodzinny czas

Wygodny apartament dla 4-osobowej rodziny z balkonem. Ogromnym plusem są dwie toalety. Ładna sypialnia na piętrze. Blisko do sklepów, promenady i do plaży. Niedaleko przystanek skąd można dotrzeć autobusem na stare miasto. Bardzo miły właściciel. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecamy serdecznie!

Raczej nic, choć brakowało nam miotły i mopa żeby posprzątać podłogę. Ale to drobnostka. Wieczorem i w nocy słychać auta z ulicy, ale przy zamknięciu okien problemu nie było.
