The property is within walking distance of so many restaurants, the market, and Ubud Palace yet feels like you are not in a city as it is set back from the road

The property and the staff was lovely and kind. The location was superb just a short 3 min walk from road which meant it was quiet and peaceful next to the rice field. The breakfast was a lovely addition. Showers hot and nice sized balcony.
Quite a lot of bugs made there way into the room through gaps in window.

The location
Poor breakfast
The service provided was bad. We requested a twin bed 3 weeks before the reservation and they denied the request on the check-in day without apologies. They said we could cancel the reservation if we wanted but of course, we would have lost the money.
No solutions or compensation provided.
The sheets were stained.
The swimming pool never gets sunlight so the water is cold.
